Recipe Ingredients for Caulimash

400 g Cauliflower
150 grams russet potatoe
1 tsp garlic salt
2 c organic low sodium vegetable broth

Recipe Directions for Caulimash

  1. Cut up cauliflower and put in pot with water, cut up potatoe after washing , keep skin on, put in water, boil until done. Add sald and blend in blender with broth, heat back up in pan

  2. Makes 2/ 4 C servings
