what would of caused this ?

right ive been

11 5ish for about 2 weeks now

yet past todays when ive weighed myself

i was 11 6 sometimes 11 7

i do admit one night i had bar of chocolate at about 9pm

and the other night i had a few snacksa(low calorie) but still at around 9ish 10

would eating this late cause the weight gain ?

and yesterday i had a can of coke ( there was no diet) so could this have anything to do with it ?

im back on track today and plan to stay on track till ireach my target of 146lb

This sounds like water retention.  One chocolate bar and one can of soda don't total 3500 extra calories, so it isn't that.  However, so many things have more sodium than we realize ... many people think that if it doesn't taste salty, it is okay, but that's not always the case.

Drink a good supply of water for the next few days (*well, always, but maybe a little more to "flush" your system.)  You should see it come back off if these were the only times you strayed from your normal healthy eating.
