A lil extra: I love doing water activities(swimming, body boarding)! I have so much fun I don't even realize I'm getting a great workout. I just learned to wake board this weekend and I love it!

Now: Gym 5 days, throw boomerangs and bike 10 - 20 miles the rest.
Then: Gym 0, bike - 1 block, couch potato
A lil extra: Nearly expert at throwng booms, wanna try? Love Jeeps, beach, working out, biking, tennis, skating, hiking, swimming, anything outdoors. Exercise every day and eat right.

A lil extra: I am involved in the scouting program with my sons. We are somewhat active Crew. Not as much hiking as I would like, but hoping that will change. I have strted a couch to 5K program recently. Not necessarily so I can run a 5K, although I may, but more to get in shape.
