CC Loses a Polar Bear Challenge
The premise is simple: a Polar Bear weighs approximately 600 pounds. As you record a weight loss then you subtract it from the last weight posted above you.
As a team I believe all of us at CC can lose the weight of a polar bear - just think of all the miles run by those Run Around the World teams! I have no idea how long it will take us to achieve this, so it is an open ended challenge. And later if it catches on we can try bigger objectives, like a hippo :)
There is no close date or a sign up date, just keep a running total of collective pounds lost.

Yay!! I'm so glad it's finally picking up, because I think this is so much fun, and you can post ANY time you lose anything, which is great for my motivation.

Love this idea! Because I haven't been able to get lower than 174.5, I will post any weight I lose from there. Hopefully I will be able to contribute soon! :)

Well, after gaining and losing, I stopped at 143.2. That is down .2 lbs from my last time. Not much, put I will add to the polar bear.
44.0 + .2 = 44.2 /600 (7.36%)

So you can keep track of what you eat - which enables you to analyze your foods and receive the following:
- Health Score of your overall diet
- Warning when you approach your daily calorie limit
- Overview of the good and bad nutrients
