Cardio Focus: Active Rest
Do something vigorously. As in--vigorously wash the car. Or vigorously weed the garden. Anything counts--as long as it's vigorous.
Strength & Flexibility Focus: Total Body Workout
You're doing the same workout as last week, still doing at least 2 sets of each exercise with 30-60 seconds of rest in between. The difference is that you'll add 2 reps per exercise, using enough weight that you can ONLY complete 12-14 reps.

Of all the newsletters I get in my inbox (and believe me, I get a ton of them), my favorite comes from Nutrition News.
Their daily newsletters highlight recent studies about everything from caffeine intake to low-carb diets. The best part is that they explain these studies in language regular humans can understand. Even better...it's free!
Motivation
