Cardio Focus: Active Rest

How much do you stand in line? I find that I stand in line quite a bit each day and, although it's annoying to have to wait, it's nice to know that standing in line actually burns calories: If you weigh 150 pounds, you'll burn 30 calories in 20 minutes. Tap your foot impatiently, and you'll probably burn more!

Strength & Flexibility Focus: Lower Body and Abs

Lower Body: Do the same lower body workout as last week, performing 2 sets, but add 2 reps per exercise. Use enough weight that you can ONLY complete 12-14 reps.
Pick 3-4 ab exercises and do 1-2 sets of 16 reps at the end of your workout.

Nutrition Focus: Tofu

I know what you're thinking...tofu?? Yes, tofu.
I've always thought it was a little on the gross side myself, but I've recently had some tofu-y foods and found them rather tasty. Plus, tofu is one of the most nutritious things you can eat. A 1/2 cup only has 97 calories and it provides 10 grams of protein. You also get plenty of calcium, iron, magnesium, selenium and folate.
