Remember to Stretch after your cardio workout.
Nutrition Focus: Treats!
It's okay to have a treat sometimes...and they don't even have to contain the word 'low' (as in low-fat, low-cal, etc.). Enjoy a little of your favorite treat. Add some fruit on top and you've just made it healthier.
Motivation
Reward yourself! You've made it through 5 weeks of exercise and healthy eating, so it's time to do something nice for yourself.
I've mentioned this before, but it bears repeating--try not to reward yourself with food (which may have helped you gain a little weight in the past). Instead, choose activities you enjoy but rarely have time for--reading a good book, listening to your favorite CD, playing golf, watching your favorite TV show, etc. Take some time to enjoy something and pat yourself on the back for a job well done.
