Have set up a fruit box for tomorrow as I have loads of frozen fruit in the freezer so will see if upping the fibre helps?

sounds mega ...do you reheat the mince/bean mix at work? and do your work mates love garlic as much as you?

maybe teaching granny to suck eggs but have you tried the recipe analysis page yet? I was really pleased with the results I got for a slow cooker meatloaf  which the whole family love :)

Have fun minxyy

hi folks thanks for some brill suggestions am new to this CC too and have struggled to stick with 1500cals a day (it dosen't seem to 'buy' much)

some things I have used are:

asda mighty soup - under 200/tin may be as little as 100 would have to check

1/2 cantalope melon

couscous 1 serving = 202 cals so even a whole pack is only 404 cals!

rich tea biscuits - 38 cals each

put salad dressing on salad and use the one you like (it defo won't bust yer cals as fast as a chocolate bar would! :-0 )

jacket spud

baked beans

tin tuna salad

hope these few help a bit too

best wishes

amanda

Weight Loss Gained a pound, should be loosing...Help? Aug 10 2008

hi heather

could be you've just stabilised....maybe your pregnant (quickly ruled out with test if theres any chance?)

If theres no obvious reason and as this is your secong month of gain it may be worth trying your calories at 100 less i.e. 1700 or switching the foods you are eating (try yog and strawberries for breakfast, couscous for lunch, meat/fish and triple veg(no potatoes) for dinner) it may well shake your metabolism up!

please please don't give up it'll just be a blip :)
