Thank you, all.

 

I'm starting school next week and I will definitely utilize the gym! I lost 5lbs already. I just began to eat better. I started doing things like cutting out sugary dirnks and now I drink mostly water, no fried foods, i'm eating fruit as a snack, and i'm taking in my daily recommended calories. I'm not over indulging and i'm feeling great!

 

I know it'll become easier when I go to school because at the gym i'll be able to use equipment I don't have access to at home, i'm excited and i'm not calling it a diet either...for me it's a lifestlye change.

Thank you very much, you were both very helpful. I am now taking baby steps to eat better, smaller portions, better foods, and walking more. When I start school in two weeks i'll be able to utilize the gym and really work the excess fat off.

I'm glad we have similar stories, yunalesca147, because it means i'm not alone and I can do it it too!

Is it too late to join? I'm 18, 5'4, 150lbs.


15lbs is my target. And I want to keep the weight off, i'll be entering my first yr in college in 2 week
