Ok, I'm in! I am 33 and have 5 kids, one of which I am homeschooling. I have tried working in the past, but I love my family and things run smoother with a mom at home to take care of things. Yes, it can be exhausting at times and we don't always have enough money but we make it! Here are my stats....

I have been looking at swimsuits in the jc penny cataloge and they tell you which suits are for certain body types. Some say for slimming tummy and others for hiding thighes and such!

squats are great for the thighes and buttocks. I do leg lifts for my thighes, while laying on my side. Do it till it hurts!! It is working for me. My hubby has noticed a difference in the way I feel. Good luck! Your diet sounds great!!!

try eating something with a good amount of protein before bedtime. Protein helps you to feel full longer, because it takes longer for your body to digest.

weekends are more difficult. I was craving chocolate badly this morning, so I had 4 peices-300 calories! Well I did add it to my log. I have lost 7 lbs so far. I am doing pretty good, just need more exercise!

I started a week ago. I have learned a lot from calorie count plus. I have 50 lbs to lose. I do aerobics with Denise Austin in the mornings at 6:30.Kiss Thats basically the only exercise I get. It has not been too hard for me as far as counting calories. I hope this works!! Smart ones from weight watchers are good for lunch. They are in the frozen section at the grocery store.
