Fitness Bad runs, and running in the morning? Aug 16 2008

I love to run and I have good days running and I enjoy it but distance wise I have bad days running.

I run most days I can run around 4 miles a day and then I have days where I can run well over that and I'll run in the morning and evening then I will have days where I just do 2 miles.

I think that my body will do what it can do on the day....

But my life is like that too I have productive days and not so productive days.

hi I too used to be a semi pro gymlass, up til the age of 18 which was old but it was a worth while . I am now 35 and in the last three year put on 50lbs but I have been training in the gym and running as well as this i am following my training diet from all the years ago and even tho i have had two kids now I am starting to see my old body and muscel groups.

I don't ever watch Gymnatics on tv as i feel that if i cant do it then i dont want to watch it. I was asked to become a trainer but that suxs too.

you will find something u love, I did move onto the tempoline and it was better for my back. maybe try that it gives you that free flying feeling that i bet your missing.

Hi Have any of you tried a homoeopath and also maybe see a dietitian to find out what food groups to eat as this will help.

It is true that Peppermint tea may help but most herbal teas will have some form of sugar that may add to the problem.

What kind of food do you eat? can you give an exsample?

I really feel for you.
