Thank you very much.  And here i have been for weeks/months walking and biking at a slower pace so keep my heart rate in thoes zones.

Thank you, the track is just flat.  And normaly the places i ride are bike paths that are flat.  I try to vary my speeds and do sprints.  I could ride on the road for hills and such but theres no walk ways and I dont want to risk getting hit.

Im not up for dying to look thin lol

Thank you, I have been rather buisy with the holiday that I missed 2 weeks of the gym.  As I lose weight and things change will this go away?  Or later down the road even at 145lbs I can get skinny fat?

You are tall so you carry weight diffrently.  To be honest your only 16, as long as your getting out in the sun on weekends, going out and playing with friends and such I think that 150-160 is perfict.   

The best thing to think about is how do you feel personaly?  When i was your age i was 5'3" 125lbs and hated my body, then i got pregnant at 16 and went up to 270lbs and hated myself worse, im now at 201lbs but now i have learned to love myself and im not so insecure.

Dont worry too much about numbers, your not over weight, if losing a few pounds will make you feel better about yourself then go ahead, but at your weight and height id say look at yourself not your numbers.

Thank you for your responce.  Is there a place on this site, or could you please give me a link to where I can find out my BMR?

And peanutbutter is a great idea, I did not think of that.  I love to snack on the PB in celery.

Ok so even if i do not put in any exercise for the day (i did not input yet) it cals the calories that my body is natrualy burning?

 

see i thought i had done something wrong.
