Cardio Cardio Cardio and more Cardio.  Running and biking will lean you out not bulk you up while adding strength.  How heavy are you lifting?  What type of routine?  You can get stronger and toned without getting bulky!

I don't know about the salads - the one time I got one, the lettuce was wilted, the tomatoes anemic, and hardly any cheese.  Maybe some MDs are better than others with keeping their stuff fresh.  I'm all for the healthy options thing (my kids do prefer the apple slices to fries), but for me, when I go to McDs, I want the fries.

Before you start pounding on it too much (or your husband) be sure you have good gloves with wrist support... you'll feel it otherwise.   Actually tape your knuckles and wrist if you go too crazy.  Here is a very good link... for guys or gals...

All fast food restaraunts are unhealthy for the most part.  That being said Micky D's does provide broiled chicken sandwiches, wraps, and an assortmant of salads... so I'm not down on them anymore than the rest of them.  Do I eat there... not unless I have to but at least they provide food for the health consious.  The fact they do provide healthier foods... is the same reason the rest of them are now as well.  All fast food places are being forced to be healthier and at least post the nutritional facts on everything on their menu.  Makes you think twice before you bite into that double quarter pounder with cheese.   37/m/northern cali

JB... is this a flannel PJ party?  That would make it even less fun... at least from a guy's point of view.  If you need to sneak in alcohol... Vodka's your best bet... no smell.  That was always my first option in my drink sneakin' days.

Keep a fruit basket at your desk... apples, bananas, oranges at your desk.  Just hide it so everyone doesn't come by to visit you just to snag them... that would get expensive.

From the pictures you posted... you're stomach looks great... and I'm a tummy guy!  5 lbs will make a difference on a petite girl like yourself... absolutely!  Keep up the incredible job and don't get discouraged if the last few pounds are the hardest to get off.  You may be toning and not losing any weight for awhile when you have so little body fat left... just FYI>

MICROWAVED SCRAMBLED EGG 1 egg 1 tbsp. milk or water In a 1 cup glass measure or coffee cup stir together egg and milk or water. Cook on HIGH power 40-45 seconds or on 50% power 1 1/2 minutes. Scrambled egg comes out light and fluffy.

Hi... first off as I'm sure you're aware... eat slow.  That makes all foods more filling.  Also, cut back on carbs as those make you hungry faster.  Any hi fiber foods will help keep you satisfied.  Oatmeal, brown rice, whole meats such as chicken breasts will help too!  Don't forget lots and lots of water!  :)

Do NOT... I repeat Do Not buy fresh produce from Walmart.  Cheap prices = crappy fruit and veggies.  Also, have you seen some of the people touching the stuff and putting it back for the next person... that makes it worse.  "Here let me lick that and see if it's any good before I buy it..."  NO THANKS!

I've been a member of this site since August and I'm just starting to get more involved.  I'll keep an eye out for your forums and be sure to reply... I just posted my first forum.  That one guy had a good idea about jumping on existing ones so yours doesn't get buried from the front page... at least until you have some friends on the site.  Not that I'm an expert by any means...  :)

You DEFINITELY need to eat more calories and take in more protein.  You should feel spent... but energized leaving a gym... even after a hard workout.  From the looks of your picture it seems you don't need to lose weight at all... you need to eat enough to sustain and be healthy. 

If you want to tone your body... you definitely need more protein for that reason alone.
