Breakfast- 1 cup of Fiber One Caramel Delight Squares, 1/2 cup. Whole milk.

Lunch- 1 cup. Fruit salad (Nectarine, Grapes, Pineapple, Banana), Nonfat Strawberry smoothie.

Snack- 26 Whole Wheat Pretzels.

Dinner (At Olive Garden)- 1/2 serving of Linguine Alla Marinara, 1/2 cup of Salad, 1 bread stick.

Breakfast- 3 cups of Oatmeal (600) with 4 Tbsp. of Almond butter (400), Chopped Walnuts (200), Banana (105), MapleSyrup (60), Honey (60), and Soy milk (90). - 1,515 calories (Just Guessing)

Morning Snack- Big Blueberry Muffin. - 435 calories

Lunch- 1 Fajita Pizza with lots of Cheese, Steamed Broccoli with Butter, and a can of Japanese Kiwi Soda.- 550 calories

Afternoon Snack- Trail mix with M&Ms, ChocolateChips, Roasted cashews and Almonds, and Sunflower Seeds. - 189 calories

Dinner- 4 Cups of Spaghetti (Around 1,000 calories), Fluffy Biscuit (200). - 1,200 calories

Night Snack- Slice of Carrot Cake (456)- 456 calories

Total~ 4, 345 calories. Woow. =o

I usually eat from 200-500 calories, I don't really eat a big dinner. :)

It's pretty much always a Vegetable, Grain, and mostly a Protein.

Ex. Veggie Burger, Broccoli and a Multigrain roll.

Early Morning Snack- 1 cup of V8 Veggie Juice.

Breakfast- 1/2 cup. Rolled Oats, 1 cup of Soy milk, 1 medium slice Banana, Touch of honey.

Lunch- 1 SB sammich (2 slices light bread, 2 Tbsp. SunButter), Peach slices with Blueberry Yogurt, 1/2 cup of cut up Celery.

Snack- 1 oz. Almonds.

Dinner- 1 Veggie Corndog, 1/2 cup Corn.

Snack- Mug of Peppermint Tea with a tsp. Honey.

My friends eating at the table;

Friend 1; Yogurt, Quaker mini rice cakes, PB sammich, Grapes, Water bottle.

Friend 2; 1/2 pizza, orange Juice, MultiGrain roll.

Friend 3; 2 pizzas, Corn, Chocolate Milk.

Friend 4; Doritos, Snickers bar, Grapes, Deli Sammich. (And Friend 4 is super thin! o_O)

Here are some filling foods (Too me Anyway)

  • Large veggie salad with 3 oz. grilled chicken, 1/2 cup of ChickPea's, and 1-2 tablespoon. Low calorie dressing.
  • Oatmeal with healthy toppings such as: Berries, Bananas, Cinnamon, SF MapleSyrup, Nut Butter, or Egg Whites.
  • Vegetable Stir-Fry with 1/2 cup of Brown Rice.
  • Nonfat yogurt topped off with high fiber cereal or nuts.
  • Fruit Smoothies (You can also add a little bit if veggies for more nutrients!)
  • Whole wheat Bread, Popcorn
  • Whole wheat Pasta
  • Potatos

If your feeling hungry, drink a glass of cold water, you may be just be thirsty and water gives you that full feeling.

HoneyCrisp Apples are my favorite, too! :) Nice & Crisp!

Cinnamon AppleSauce~

  • 4 peeled chopped Apples
  •  Pinch of Cinnamon

Place Apple slices in a medium microwaveable bowl. Cover the bowl and microwave until soft, about 4 minutes or so. Transfer to a food processer, add Cinnamon and puree until desired texture. (Adding Brown sugar is also yummie)

Apple Smoothie

  • 1 Apple cored & slices
  • 1 cup of 100% Natural Apple Juice
  • 1 container of Apple Yogurt or other (Optional)
  • 1 tbsp. of sugar or sugar substitute
  • 1/2 cup Ice Cubes

Blend until smooth.

Apple Cider

  • 8-10 Apples
  • 1/2-1 cup Sugar or Sugar Substitute
  • 4 tablespoon Cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoon allspice
  1. Quarter your apples (no need to remove peel or seeds).
  2. 2 In a large stock pot add your apples and fill with water--just enough to cover the apples.
  3. 3 Add your sugar.
  4. 4 Wrap your cinnamon and allspice in a doubled up cheese cloth and tie, and add this to the apples and water.
  5. 5 Boil on high for one hour (uncovered) checking on it frequently.
  6. 6 Turn down heat and let simmer for two hours (covered).
  7. 7 Take off the heat after two hours of simmering and let cool.
  8. 8 Remove spices and mash up the apples to a pulp like consistency (a potato masher works well for this).
  9. 9 Once cool pour into a strainer over a large bowl. When most of the juice has drained away, put the remainder of the pulp into a doubled up cheese cloth and squeeze over the bowl until no more juice comes out.
  10. 10 (At this point you can either restrain the juice to get out the little bits of pulp that remain with a cheese cloth draped inside the strainer to catch them or just leave it like I do).
  11. 11 You can store in an air tight container in your refrigerator for up to a week or you can freeze it for later use if you like.
  12. 12 Reheat in the microwave or on the stove and enjoy either plain or you can add caramel syrup or caramels, whipped topping with cinnamon or, like my neighbors did if you like it really sweet, with marshmallows or marshmallow creme.
  13. 13 also you could make this a diabetic recipe by omitting the sugar and adding diabetic sweeteners to taste in place of the sugar or none at all.
