Dinner rolls dipped in orange juice. Carrots and  mustard. Umm, peanut butter and rice, ketchup and lettuce,  lay's potato chips with mustard, carrots and caramel saucee.

When I regained, I had to eat about 4000 calories. So, I'm sorry, but 1800 might not cut it, in fact it probably won't. I would recommend going up 300 calories per week or however long you feel comfortable with until you reach a calorie level that you feel/ your nutritionist feels is good for you.

Well, i used to see a physchologist, but that was only for my eating disorder, and now I'm not seeing anyone about my panic/hypochondria problems, and also my ocd, so would you recommend seeing anyone? Or can I deal with this on my own..with the help of my parents?

Thanks guys!

Today i managed to eat around 2500 again, with less guilt, but that might've been because i played 2 soccer games. But i still did it!!

thanks guys! i guess i'm just scared to eat more cause i look in the mirror and i see parts of me that  ithink could use with some slimming..its really hard and I don't know if i can get myself to gain 5 or more  pounds without freaking out and losing it all again =(.

I cut them out too! Its been like, 3 months, and I feel so much better without them. But..just yesterday I read the ingredients of my favorite granola bars and they have sorbitol in them! What is sorbitol? It sounds suspiciously like an artificial sweetner to me..

Thank god, i always feel like a pig reading everyone else's maintenance level and eating 500 calories more than them.

not eating enough will seriously mess up your metabolism and soon you might start binging, which is not fun at all. Try to get up to 1200!

i'm so proud of myself!!!

i'm 16 and been anorexic for 4 years with multiple hospitalizations and i'm fibnally at a healthy weight and a couple days ago i was at camp and i ate french toast, a chocolate bar, cookies, a danish, oreo ice cream ssandwich, and a doughnut over the course of the week (plus other things but those where the ones that stood out). a year ago, i wouldn't have even THOUGHT about going near them. YAY!

I thought i was the only one!!

I eat like, 100 calories every hour

plus small 300 calorie meals

i love it!
