peanut butter - Smart Balance w/omega fats has 200 calories per serving (2 tbl spoons) tons of healthy fat and protein. And it counts as 1-2 servings of Protein in your meat group. (If that is something you watch) Light Mayo - 1 Tbl a day is good for your heart and hair
Avacado - Full of good fat and calories.
drink a higher low fat milk
Basically any time you can sneak a few calories in do it. If you eat 6 meals a day and add just 100 extra calories you gain an extra 600 a day, which is more than half of what you need to add. And we all know 100 calories is super easy to add in. Right?

I have to get healthy, and I won't deny it, I want to turn heads in whatever I am wearing. I calorie-count 1200-1500 a day...focusing on a well balanced nutritious diet full of grain and meat and fruits, veggies, dairy. I try to get all my food groups in. Anyways: SW/CW:223 GW:115
I am looking forward to this...I really need some moral support.
