heyy everyone

havent posted in a while been really ill with flu - damn british weather! - and also had an adult tooth pulled out which was more painful than breaking my leg in 3 places. and more inconvenient as its been really hard to eat :(. but i got antibiotics now and itss easierr so its all good :)

Goals for the future (like what you want to gain weight for):  to grow :), to be free of negative thoughts surronding food and to be an average teenager again!

Education: year 10, first year of GCSE

Fear food you want to conquer next: peanut butter , i can eat things which i know are so much higher in calores but im always scared of using too much :/ and liquid calories, the only things i ever drink are occasionly starbucks frappacincos :D and alcohol :P

mashed: i know how you feel, the other week i gained a kilo, and it made me feel so crappy :/ but just tell yourself this is what you want and is a step forward to moving on to a ED free life!

heyy

had a weigh in at the doctors,, gained 1.8 kg over 2 weeks and 2 days. I'm not worried it about gaining :) but isnt that a bit much considerin as over that period i ate averagly 2600/2700? : /

But still gonna go at the same rate, and was mostivated to try sooo many fear foods today :) I've wasted to much of my live sitting in my doctors room tiime to moove on :)

Anyway food

Breakfast-bacon,egg & mushroom breakfast panini from starbucks :) so good 300

Snack-apple & cinnamon muffin from starbucks as well :) scared of the size but soo good!  450

Lunch-cod,chips and beans! brittish comfort food :)  600

Snack-snack a jack mini bites, galaxy ripple  300

Snack-iced donut :)), 3x cookies  600

Dinner(at like 10.30, used to never eat after six :)) -small bowl of pasta w/ tomato sauce, cinnamon swirl,grapes   750

Total 3000 :))

Lala: I never knew that, does it even apply if ur small like me? :O Somedays i do get to 3000, usually when i play sport so does that count or do i need to take in xercise or something?

 

Mashed: Nah im called Joe :). I like my football tho :) and chocolate muffins, they were like my biggest fear foods until i had a maasive one the other week and they are amazing,, have one!

 

Clay: haa thanks thats a really good way to think about it and i made 3000 today :), ill be catching u up in no time ;)

Today was a goood day, got to about 3000, but played an hour of competitive tennis does this mean i didnt really get there?? Do i need to compensate for exercise aswell?

Fooood: Breakfast-60g cereal w/ semi skim milk, cinnamon and raisin bagel   500

Snack-30g choc covered raisins,fun size choc bar,satsuma  300

Lunch-ham & cucumber sanwich,minestrone soup,small piece of chocolate cake :)   500

Snack-eat natural baar(these are amaaazing), mini pack of skittles  300

Dinner-sausages & tortellini w/ tomato sauce and vegetables  600

Total: 3000 :) but most of my eating att night agaain :9      im stuck on ideas of high calorie breakfasts... idea?      &nbs p;

I've been reading these posts for time but never really replied so i guess ill start now :)

im a 14 year old boy, 155cm(5"1) and 41.2kg (91?) -->   I lost 11kg at the beginning of the year from 46 to 35 and got hospitilized, and havent grown siince. Ive put on some weight but still not really grown. My doctor, who is AMAZING and so knowledgable (?), says i will catch up on height if i continue to put on weight and try and get back to where i was before i was ill, but ive put on 11 kg but still hardly grown, going from average height to very small for my age. Does anyone know anything about stunted growth from anorexia and if the growth fills to its potentual. cause being a really small teenage boy sucks---- Anyhoww its a really good motivation to eat, and im doing what my doctor says and doing 2800 a day. I do exercise quite a bit thoo...football 1 1/2 hours x3 a week and tennis 1 hour x2. I have only recently uped as i only gained 0.7 kg in 2 months when i should have grown more with normal growth :((. I feel like ive gaineed loaads from uping for the last 2 weeks, but reading over posts, the bloating must just go awayy i guess...

Anyways now i feel self centered writing so much about me  :p

I always have so much to eat in evenin...and an english essay urrrgh

Any ideas for healthy, but nice ;) 300 calorie snacks?

happies: hmm i remember being happiest about how i looked and still had energy at about 92 but overall i was much happier before it became rountine to step on a scale everyday, but at least i am past that now :)

heyy

almost had a bad evening, it was one where the ed voices just suddenly came back strong, and made me feel so bad for gaining weight, so was planning to skip dinner etc. but then i thought where does not eating get me? just further away from my target weight, and the sooner i get there, the sooner i can grow, be stronger, and stop having to gain weight. so i had already missed dinner but almost made up for it :)

anyone else find they have days were their ed voice comes back stronger making you feel crap for gaining weight?

oh and aquaev: 11/12 lbs to go in a minimum of 6 months, but i wana do it quicker!

anyways today

breakfast - special k berry crunch & semi skim milk

snack - ultra energy chocolate peanut proterin bar (22g of protein and 200 cals in a bar and it actualy tastes good!)

lunch - roast chicken, roast potatos, cucumber & tomatos

       &nb sp; - berry tarty thing

snack -2 biscuits, 2 ritz w/ salami, cholla,strawberries

dinner - rice cake w/ lf hummus & cucumber, 5 ritz w/ 2 salami, cholla, krakerweat, tomato, bit of turkey and pesto, baby new potato

snack - 2biscuits

so all in all not a bad day, although back at school :(.  how was everyone elses? x

weighed 2day for the first time since april at my doctors andd

 

im up 3kilos =), ive only been gaining for about 4 months, and my therapist/ doctor say a kilo a month is what im aiming for, so not 2 far off =) target weight is 46 kilos now (40 right now), bit high, but they say i need 2 be there 2 have my growth spurt and i wanna grow, so im properly motivated to eat that bit more and get there :). unforunatly in that time, if i was normal i would have put on a bit more so its techinally a net loss. but at least it isnt going down! and it wont for a long time =D

quite a good day 2day :)

saw my doctor this morning and got weighed for the first time since august, and i have gained 3 kilos =D, and i didnt even freak out about it! but on the down side i have fallen on the percental weight chart thingy as i am still meant 2 be growin, so i should have gained more, and it is kinda a loss. but at least im not losing =D

so my doctor says i need 2 get to my pre ed weight (100 lbs) in max 8 months to be able to have my growth spert <my ed kinda screwed up my growing and ihavent really grown in the last year =(> it seems a bit high, but i really believe my doctor and i really wana grow :). also he said because i am a teenage boy, and bcuz of the way men are built, almost all the weight i will put on will be in muscle :). so i left feeling good and confident =)

also i saw some ppl i havent seen since the beggining of summer (around my lowest weight) and they said i looked great! it myt just be my awesome tan xD but at least im looking healthier! 4 months ago, i would have taken someone sayin i looked great as a sign that i wasnt thin enough, but now its great!

on the down side i have really bad stomach bug, and im not really digesting food properly (sorry for tmi) and my stomach realllyyy hurtss so its hard 2 eat :(( so 2day ive had

 

b - caramel frappacinco

    -chargrilled vegetable flatbread

l - chicken & pepper sandwich

   - loadsa chocolate/yogurt covred nuts and raisins

s - hand ful of cereal (couldnt stomach any more :()

d - chicken & vegetbale stir fry w/ sweet chilli sauce

 

not the best day =( and my stomach realy hurts-- can anyone tell me someone to have to up cals but not destroy my stomach,, im stuck =( biii x

hey

new here, but not new 2 the eating disorder :(

im a 14 year old boy and have had anorexia for about 6 months now

i got admitted to hospital about 3 months ago at about 75 pounds (im  5"1 and havent weighed since :))

ive been gaining since then but havent gained very much :(

i play tennis competitively and play about 2-5 hours 4/5 times a week

i also do loadsa other sports but cant now because there much 2 active/aggressive

ijust find it reli hard 2 eat enough calories to gain, probably bcuz i do a lot of exercise, but i love it to much to give up! what things are really high cal and good 2 eat 4 a lot of energy?

I probably eat around 2000 - 3000 calories a day and feel incredibably bloated and uncomfortable even at that :(

anyway sorry 4 the longness :D

today

L - ham & branston pickle roll (240)

   -twister ice cream (85)

  -strawberrys (10)

today has been a bad,restrictive day cause i am goin 2 my grandmas 2nyt, and she makes the most amazing, and the most food i no and she nos but doesnt understand my ed, so want her to be happy and see me eat, even tho i hate restricting throughout the day :(
