I've been having about 2 handfuls of cereal to keep me full. Like you, I sleep pretty late into the morning, like right now lol. melanieserrano90, the rice cake idea sounds awesome! I'm going to head to the supermarket asap and grab them.

Oh god, I've had such bad experiences with UTI's! There was one time when I had it twice in one summer! TMI, but is there a burning sensation when you go? LOL


The best thing I advise you to do is drink PLENTY of cranberry juice (i drank about 2 bottles) and water.


Hopefully the fluids help. I would give it a couple days and if it doesn't work with the help of fluids, I would advise to see a doctor. Good luck!

I used The Firm religiously for a couple of years--I had amazing results with my arms! I am also using Hip Hop abs right now and see great results. I think the key is to use it consistenly along with a well balanced diet.

 

Are there any specific videos that you want to try? I personally love the Firm and Tae Bo. I'm also interested in trying Zumba ;)
