Hi, I have been using elliptical for 2 yrs now,(60 minutes for days a week)and i have lost 59 lbs!!! oh yeah,but now.....people is telling me that my arms look way too thin and muscular,and they dont match with my big hips and round thights I feel bad ,after all i have gone through,and my hard work ,i asked a close friend and he told me that it was true,my arms and upper body looks skinny compared to my lower body.i have the pear shape body. Should i swicth to tread mill? please help! i m 5'2 my weight right now is 126 lbs. |

Thanks... I started this ,last year and trust me i was in real pain at that moment(emottionally). Never tought i could make it,but yesterday i was trying to fit ,on my daughters pants(she is 17 yrs old) and they fit me!!!!!!!!!now i am size 4 officially.. Eat normal,i try not to eat too many carbs but its almost impossible! lol I have to admit it:My hubby cheatting on me,(a yr ago) really helped me losing that weight hahaha , Time for a Revenge??? ok take care and keep going ,because we can achieve whatever we want ,just takes persistance,determination and patience. Have a great weekend!!! |
