I'm a major offender in this area - Flavored coffees, beer, soda, wine, fruit drinks, etc. - I do, however, drink a lot of tea, and tea can't be too horrible for you; nor can straight coffee.

Coors Light is generally an enjoyable alternative (at least for me - I know some others take issue with Coors Light, Coors in general, and light beer in general), though I will confess that I generally stick to the regular stuff.

It doesn't seem like you eat a lot really. Unless they are huge portions and you just don't mention it.

The portions were actually pretty average. The only exception I would say would be the Smarties - Nearly devoured a bag while watching a documentary. Though, not to sound negative, I'm sure that in the grand scheme of things, yesterday was one of my lighter days.

Foods coffee vs tea Aug 20 2008

I drink both on a somewhat regular basis, though I do prefer tea. Coffee I am more likely to drink in the morning, possibly with breakfast, and I drink it straight. Tea, I am more likely to drink throughout the afternoon and evening, and I always add cream and sugar; sometimes even a spot of lemon juice will suffice.
