Well I was really surprised today because I just signed up for this, feeling a bit "fat" lately and got home and typed in all that I ate and it came up to a whopping 3,025 calories..... I was really shocked because mentally I thought I was around 2000 or so.. big eye opener. I "cheated" today and had a cheeseburger & fries for lunch from of all places Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Hospital, I work across the street..... so I knew that I ate bad today but very shcoked when I added everything up... just not worth it! I feel very enlightened. |
