The doctor had me get an x ray - and then I had the toe taped for a while  (2+ months because the damn thing kept hurting) Didn't have any check ups afterwards though...

I'm supposed to go out and walk across the town tomorrow - I hope I can find some shoes that fit right now, lol

Thank you for the reply - I will try eating maintenance for a couple of days
(it tells me I need 1820 for inactive or 2220 for low activity, so I think I'll eat somewhere between those two numbers...)

Right now I'm averaging 34 grams of fiber & 30 grams of sugar a day, 2100mg of sodium.. I'm guessing my salt intake could be a bit lower?

I remember when I first changed my eating habits - dropped 10 lbs in a week on 1600 calories (pretty sure almost all of it was water)
I used to eat so much bad quality food it makes me cringe when I think about it

Motivation How long does it take to drop a pant size? Sep 14 2009
18:32 (UTC)

It took me 20lbs to drop a size - from 20 to 18, and then another 15lbs to reach size 16... I'm 5'3 and I've lost 38lbs so far (starting weight 200lbs) - but only 2 pant sizes (my waist is smaller, but not my hips) - and 3 top sizes

so I drag myself to the gym, every day if I must. Just to be there and do something.

Maybe its the gym setting you hate.  You may need to invest in a few free weights, exercise ball (i forgot the real name for it) even a stationary bike.
May some aerobic tapes?  Maybe?

^^^

That really worked for me *nods*

Though, sometimes I find myself subconsciously counting how much someone next to me is eating
