Love: Steamed veggies! I just cant get enough of them, just sooo good. Also love all kinds of nut butters, so good to add to anything! Hate: I cannot stand tomatoes! I also really hate the taste of milk. |

Omg I know how you feel! For me it was GYM! My grades would be straight 100's, 99's and 98's except for that damn gym average! I have cried and talked to the teacher about it and told her how much it was affecting my overall GPA. She was like "Oh don't worry, as long as your in the 90's in the end it doesn't matter". Sometimes teachers don't understand. Ugh, but besides that in your case, I would talk to the teacher! Especially if you studied than I bet other kids in the class got way lower. Did you ask anyone else what they got? If you talk to her and ask her what you could to to raise it she will be impressed you care so much and most likely help you. |

Chocolate ice cream (never liked it since I was really little) Plain chocolate (weird, because the only kind of chocolate I like is chocolate with nuts) Fish (hate the smell, taste, and look of it) Ketchup, BBQ sauce, Mayonaisse Dairy Milk (couldn't drink it since I was young, I use almond breeze now in my cereal/oatmeal)

Personally, I love Leighton Meester's. She has said she doesn't believe in diets, and is always eating gigantic sandwitches and non-diet pops. I love it. 1 can is 12 ounces. When I made it, I made it with 1 can, and a whole mix without any egg. It worked perfectly. But you have to let the pop get flat and it works better. Worked really good with cake, but when I tried it with brownies, it was a little too moist and tasted like coke haha. Usually the coke taste goes away though. |

OMG!!!! I totally understand what you mean. My mom has recently lost 20lbs, and she never eats breakfast. She will eat something low in cals for "lunch" like a bowl of cereal and then just a salad or lean cuisine for dinner! Plus she goes on the tredmill and does yoga everyday, its so triggering! And i feel so guilty when im making my food or snacks because she looks at it like im a pig for eating so much! And my friends barely ever eat! My one friend makes me go crazy. She doesnt eat bfast, is too lazy to bring anything for lunch besides a granola bar and then just eats dinner. I counted up her calories and she only eats like 1000-1400 a day, which i dont understand how she can maintain like that. Plus, none of my friends ever eat breakfast and on the weekends they sleep in so late and usually just eat dinner. But there not underweight! I dont understand this. Also my friend who used to be chubby went from 150 to 120 from the beginning of the year and im worried about her. She skips lunch because shes "not hungry", which makes it soooooo incredibly hard for me to each when no one else is. I just dont understand how people can be healthy but eat so little! And its not like they eat when im not around, ive spend days with some of these people and they do NOT eat enough. Phewf, this felt good to get off my chest lol :D |

Omg i feel the same way!!! It's so hard to see people at perfectly healthy weights who eat so little and it makes it so much harder for me to eat around them. I feel like i dont need that many calories then if they maintain on so low. But i know that is not true! My one friend never eats breakfast or lunch, and all she eats is a snack when she gets home and then dinner. None of my friends eat breakfast or lunch so i feel so weird being the only one eating at our lunch table. We all went on a trip to DC, and i counted up calories they eat and most only eat 800-1300 a day which is not enough for a growing teenager! I try not to worry about it but it triggers me so much. I just have to say to myself they are different than you, think about yourself, they probably balance it out and eat more on other days, dont worry about it. But yes, its very frustrating. |

I think one of my friends has an ED.
T- (possible ED, shes lost like 30lbs/5'4 130lbs)- absolutley nothing, and she has LAX practice every day. Im very worried about her shes not to skinny yet... but shes still loosing and wont eat anything. S- (4'11 95lbs) Usually nothing, and nothing for breakfast too. She says she "eats at home". She however doesn't know what calories are and doesn't have an ED. She is one of those people that like healthy food. Occasionally she will bring a cheese stick and pretzels, or an oatmeal to go. She never eats more than 200 calories for lunch. I have no clue how she maintains her weight and isn't dangerously low. C- (5'4 105-110lbs)- very very athletic shes all muscle)- pb+j on white bread, granola bar, green tea, applesauce, cheese its, and usually a little candy bar. L- (5'10 190lbs)- Some thing from jenny craig, her mom put her on it to try and make her loose weight. Mostly everyone else just eats a bag or two of chips and a chocolate milk. (the chips at my school are baked and only 90 cals a bag) It is really really triggering to me what my friends eat. Except C, everyone else barely eats anything. I have counted up most of there calories for the day (when i was over there house or some thing), and most of them eat around 1200-1600 a day. WHY!? God, my friends are so triggering. Im trying to stop watching what other people eat but it's really hard. |

Always being cold, my hands and lips were always purple in school and people would joke that i always look like im dead... Also ive had some pretty big freak outs. I went to a japanese resturaunt with my aunt one time for our birthdays (same day) and i asked the cook guy for chicken without any sauce on it so the calories would be easier to calculate. He cooked right in front of us and i didnt see him put any sauce on and so we sat down and started eating. And i didnt notice there was sauce on the chicken because i had never had teryaki chicken before, until my aunt tryed mine and said "oh he did put the teryaki sauce on". I completley freaked out and started crying my eyes out. I was convinced i has just consumed thousands of extra calories, and refused to eat anymore. Needless to say i ruined the whole night. Another time i was in the airport. This is just pathetic really. The day before my dad had forced me to eat a normal amount all day. I felt completley horrible, and thought i had already gained tons of weight. When we were walking in the airport i started getting really paranoid and thought my thighs were touching when i walked. (I know now i was just purposely walking differently so they did) And i thought they never touched like that before, so i started panicking. I started sweating, shaking, and crying right there in the airport. A complete meltdown over just eating normally the day before. This is not a way to live life! And just planning every night how i was going to avoid food the next day. And having to refuse my birthday cake my mom took all day to make :(, i feel horrible about that one she was crushed. |

CEREAL! Even the most boringest bran kinds. I think its some thing about the cold milk and crunchy carbs :]. Also any kind of cookies, brownies, cakes, desserts, i cant get enough of them. BREAD! Why is it so good? Any kind of nut butter. I can eat spoonfuls at a time and not even realize im consuming hundreds and hundreds of calories. |

Hmmm, that was pretty confusing, hopefully the mods can help you out with your question :]. But i think its simple, if your still loosing then UP your calories regardless of what any calorie calculator says. Im the opposite of you, all the calculators say i should be able to eat as much as 1800 calories, but i tryed that and i gain on anything more than 1500. I must say, i wish i could eat 3000+ a day and maintain! But i understand its a problem since your loosing. So yeah you should just keep increasing until you stop loosing. |

I thought i was the only one it happened to!! haha, usually for like 2-3 weeks (keeping a 500-1000cal deficit) i dont loose anything, but then one week all of a sudden i loose like 3 or more at a time and it stays off. Its weird, i think thats just how i loose. But it also could be waterweight, i guess its different for everyone. But thats how i loose so maybe you do too :] |

It has a thick consistancy like whip cream and just tastes sweet. And with the caramel dip i actually put it on ice cream. somtimes i warm it up and drizzle it over ice cream and it tastes like a caramel sundae! I also sometimes put it on my oatmeal, apples, hot chocolate, yogurt, i pretty much add it to anything its really good. |

I love the caramel dip! I ordered some marshmellow dip and peanut butter from them a few weeks ago and it came today. I was so excited when the peanut butter came i opened it right up and spooned out a little and ate it, and BLECH! It was the most discusting thing i ever tasted, almost inedible. i wouldnt reccomend the peanut butter, but i think most of there other things are good and way better than eating the usual products that have alot of calories. Im going to try the peanut butter in and on a few other things though, hopefully it will taste a bit better. *crosses fingers* |
