I want to join too! I was just measuring myself for the first time in a long time today and it really motivated me to start up a serious meal and exercise program again... My stats today are: waist - 25 hips - 36 chest - 29 (right below my boobs right?) I would measure my "bust" but it is fake and I dont want them to shrink - lol Thighs - 19 My goal is asap but realistically I think Halloween is plenty of time and a good date: My goal inches are waist: 23-24 hips - 33 leg - 17 I dont ever weigh myself and i think this will really motivate me. I was thinner in the past but I always relied on weight, and it never gave me a good viewpoint in regards to my muscle. When I lost weight in the past I did Slim in 6, pilates and a strict diet. Now I am dancing and doing tae bo and some pilates. I actually started Slim in 6 up again like 1 month ago and I felt like my legs were getting bigger (which they tend to do) so I stopped. My diet is off right now because I dont work until next week (teacher) and it is hard being home all day with access to food and Ihave a tendency to bake... So my goal with that is just to eat clean. Lean proteins, whole grains, fruits and vegetables and some healthy fats.... Like I said that's how I succeeded in the past so I think I can do it!

| BF:2 egg whites and light whole wheat toast with 1/4 wedge lauging cow
Snack: Apple Lunch: 1 slice light whole wheat toast with 2 oz boars head turkey, sliced cucumbers Snack: 2 oz canned salmon, sliced cucumbers Dinner: tilapia, salad and 1/2 sweet potato Dessert: strawberries |

| It sounds like you are really trying radbird 191... keep up the good work.
I am having major problems... I was hospitilized almost a year ago with anorexia and have stayed at a "healthy" weight of 118 (at 5'3 foralmost a year now... the problem is is that I still have a disorder! I starve, I binge, I purge and I think I am fat! I see a nutritionist but I cant seem to stick to a plan. . I want to lose 5 lbs - even thougbh I am not weighed I can tell how my clothes fit because I am getting married in 2 months! Today I am struggling to eat 750 calories and I am pretty active - coaching. teaching, etc... I feel like if I eat even 1200 I will gain weight because right now restricting down to 600 calories doenst help me lose weight! I feel like I am stuck and I dont trust my body to eat the recommended calorie allotment for weight loss... Do you think if I up my calorie intake I will lose weight?? I am so confused. |
