Well I had a protein shake (90 cals) with 5 mg creatine 5mg glutamine,I lift weights lol.And a banana 3/4 cup of dry oatmeal with water 1 tbs honey and about a quarter cup of almonds. |

Hi I wondered that same thing I read something some where (not sure where) that when you lose weight it comes of your head and feet first,legs arms ect. Thats probably why I didnt notice it when i started putting on weight ha ha!!!

Well from what i have read you usually want to do weight training first,before cardio.Weight training will deplete your musles of glycogen,when you do your cardio after weight training your body will burn fat reserves since your muscles are depleted of glycogen(fuel).Or just weight train on your days off!! |

Hey!!!Beleive it or not everone has great abs, the big thing is your BMI if your not around 10% BMI your abs are going to be covered with a layer of fat you can work your abs till the cows come home and you will have a strong core ....but you wont see it lol! |
