You should try strength training if you're worried about jiggly fat. It helped me feel a lot tighter and much less jiggly

ya but either way you're lifting right after or right before a HIIT day...arent your muscles supposed to recover at one point?

I'm not sure if this has already been answered but when can you lift? I try to work out 5 times a week. Right now I do some cardio with varying resistance on an elliptical and then lift upper body one day and lower the next (along with cardio) so if i started doing HIIT would i lift the day after (arent your muscles now recovering from the HIIT workout so you shouldn't left then either?) or when?

you need to eat back your calories to probably at least 1500. I was eating 1200 a day this past year and burned about 300 during a workout so my net intake was 800 I'm pretty sure this threw me into slowed metabolism after a few weeks. Your NET intake should be maybe 1700 on average otherwise you'll starve yourself a bit. good luck

are you eating back your calories from working out? if not, on days you work out you could be eating 1000-1200 calories which is too low especially if you're generally active

Obviously, but i mean to say I have a certain net intake in mind everyday and when I'm on machines i can approximate how much I burn from the calorie burn counter on the machine so I know how much to eat back but HIIT from what I've heard continues to burn calories throughout the day as well as I don't know exactly how fast I run so I can't log it in the activity log or dip below 1200

personally I have started to eat back whatever I burn during working out so that my diet has more give so on days i restrict myself to a net total of 1300 cals i actually eat 1600 while burning off 300 at the gym with elliptical and weights so that i stick to my diet but gain benefits of working out

I'm not sure about the rest of Europe but I know Italy serves huge servings of geloto (sp?) which is delicious but much more sugary. With that said I think in general Europeans just eat more healthy or have more control. Whenever I'm there they have delicious chocolate covered crackers or cookies etc. But on the other side the soda is different there. In my opinion much better. I've had orange fanta there and it is actually partially transparent as opposed to the usual complete orange soda here. Even coke has a different taste. Lots less sugar. I don't really know what my point is. Just some insight i guess
