I was a skinny little b**** growing up.  I mean, terribly thin.

 

So, i started working out when i was 18.

 

I'm 25 now.  I look forward to working out everyday.

 

It relieves stress, builds confidence, gives yourself accountability, very healthy, it's artistic, etc...  It becomes a daily part of your life.  Something I do for alone time for just me and I.

 

It's fun.  Keep at it.  If anyone has ANY questions or if you have some tips, don't be shy!

haha.  I never thought i'd read a forum post, with all woman responding about their poop.

I just joined this site today so, this just made my day!

 

PS.  I poop like 3/4 times a day.

Ensure and those variety of elderly weight gainers destroyed my innerds...

 

I do not suggest them to anyone with an intestinal tract, is younger than 65, and that can eat solid foods....
