I was a skinny little b**** growing up. I mean, terribly thin.
So, i started working out when i was 18.
I'm 25 now. I look forward to working out everyday.
It relieves stress, builds confidence, gives yourself accountability, very healthy, it's artistic, etc... It becomes a daily part of your life. Something I do for alone time for just me and I.

Ensure and those variety of elderly weight gainers destroyed my innerds...
I do not suggest them to anyone with an intestinal tract, is younger than 65, and that can eat solid foods.... |
