i wish someone could tell me that too... i have been on a weight -gain-plan for 4 months.. or something like that and my weight went up and then down and now i haven't gain anything   i guess i just have to wait til my body wake up ._.

It's great that you recieve help (: support groups are the best..well for me haha.

don't be afraif of carbs or whatever ! eat what you want. Life is too short to worry about everybody's thougths

Don't panic. Just take it easy. i didn't know the reason why weight go to stomach first or that it redistribute. this is also good news for me haha (:

But for now. its not the time to focus on the mirror. you'd better focus on your health

bananee: i did ! i ate cookies today.. one of my favorites chips a hoy! and you're right the best thing is to face them !i won't freak out anymore,  no if i want to recover and gain weight. and i know the sky won't fall, or anything!

Haha, yay for junky treats. You're not an adult at 18 - I'm 18! - in growing terms; we still grow until 21 or so. Also worth remembering that online calculators won't really apply to gainers. Just shoot for 2500 at least!

 Omg, true! well thanks a lot lala your opinion is always welcome :D.i'lldefinitely try to up my calories(: til i get my goal weight and if i go overweight wel.. at this point i think i'd robably know what to eat or the ''right' meals to be on a healthy weight. ( but.. actually. i don't think i'm gonna be overweight haha! all my family say that xD aww you can eat all you wanttt daaamn you hahaha). Again THANKS LALA

I'm 5'2'' and 18 too. :D but now my weight is 98 lbs haha i hate it. at least i want to be 110-112 lbs. i think i'd feel better. So 114 bs is NOT huge. its HEALTHY! (:

well. everytime someone tell me my height haha it changeee i'm 1.58 mts i don't know on feet and ichs. haha i'm 18( am i an adult woman? aww i'm olddd haha !) i try to reach the 1800 calories , and sometimes i eat more than that. for example today i'm having a yummy combo at my junkylicious food rest. :D french fries and hamburguer :D yaam cause now i don't care if it have fat or whatever. at least once a week its good :D haha

but anyways i'll try to eat more (: maybe then i'll see more results:D yay. actually. on nov. 3rd i got to see my nutricionist. so i'll ask her too

totally. But in my case the thing is that strange people tell that.Once a lady said: .aw look! how skinny(but i think she almost said ew..)  its so annoying..

society have changed :Z and thats really sad because, there's still people who wan to be like a stick. the don't realize or think  that we really WANT to gain weight. but they just take it like:'' aw. you're thin. dammmn you. you can eat everything you want'' aarg but that's because all that trashy publicity'' flat belly diet. now click here !.

i'm tired of that too haha.

I think that happens to me. i had¿ve my breakfast, then at mid morning i eat cookies, fruit yogurt or whatever i want haha. then about 2.00 pm i have lunch, and at mid-noon i'm supposed to eat something like fruit, bread(if i didnt at the midmorning snack) but. almost all the time i feel soooo full from my lunch, even  now that i eat a little less from i used to ( thts because i change my nutricionist).

So, you think i should just for get that i'm not hungry and think that i need to eat?? because i've tried and its hard cause then i had stomachache :Z

you can be happy girl! (: just don't let the ED win. that madafaka (haha..) monster is walking around waiting for just a second when you feel weak. don't let it attack!.

Life its too short to care what size you're or you are not. Don't go back, you've done a lot for YOU and just YOU. Talk with your nurse i'm sure she'll help you

But anyways, you know you can talk to us (: all the time !!

i actually did it once haha.. because i can't find exactly the food i eat because the page isn't latinoamerican haha so it's kinda hard

but if you feel better without doing it . then don't do it. Just enjoy whta you eat and live yourlife haha x)

Today i ate a yummy vainilla with choocolate and almond crem ice cream sooo good !

the i had lunch with my mum, and ate chinese food (: ! it was fried food by the way..haha.. :D

Agree, you're in danger girl. your BMI is too low. you have to be strong!! and keep those ideas away. Try doing yoga or relaxing exercises, breath slow because think too much about something can stress you. it happened to me , I ate my food but just for thinking what i did, i couldn't gain weight.

About your calories, you should start with something low not go right for the 2000 calories, because your body won't accept that much food. Be patient, this things take time and it's your life wich is in game, so i'm sure you're gonna do it well.  Don't worry about exercising a lot , because you DONT need it

I thinks tons of people do that. i use to do it. but you know everyone here think the same thing. YOU are YOU!  if we all were the same, look the same or eat the same, then where is the fun?.

So Camilita, just think what is the best for YOU, not for the person next to you. and if you can handle this thougths then you'll know you can control your mind and your life (:

hm.. today i eat chococalte cookies with chocolate cream inside yummy! haha instead of just a few strawberries (; (well  actually gotta eat a fruit and bread, that's what my nutricionist told me:D but everytime i eat something with sugar i didn't want to eat fruit but today i DID! so hurray ! )

Hi Lucy, wow! that's great !:D i feel proud hahaha Wink keep like this adn you'll see the results. And i absolutely agree with danamichael. for example my nutricionist gave a 1800 cal. diet :D and i keep trying to reach my goal.

But anyways, some junk food, cookies, etc .. once or twice a week is aaaalways good :D haha

aw hun. i lost my period too since march :Z it's annoying (to me) well. its a goodthing that you recognised your problem (: and there's always gonna be someone to help you :D

i was shocked when a nutricionist told me  my weight recently 44.2 kg and i was like whaaaaaat? but it doesn't push me down. and i still fight with all this stupid thoughts haha (:
