That is the biggest motivator for me to lose the lbs--so I can wear a bikini and feel sort of comfortable in it. I am so envious of the girls who rock their bikinis and act like they are in any thing. There is something about a bikini that makes me nervous--it is just like wearing your underwear in public, so I feel like I gotta be looking awesome before I can wear one--but that's just me. |

I'm in, too. Name: Sarah Height: 5'7 Weight: 158 Goal weight: 143 - 15 lbs to lose! Just joined on Sept 1 '08 and could use some motivation. Need to be accountable to someone. My goals are just to eat this month under 1600 per day and to gradually ease into exercising again (neck injury). I used to be quite the weight lifter/cardio queen, but a toddler will make you spend less time working out :) |

Welcome nr84! I am a newbie too. I'm looking to lose about 15-18 lbs myself. I'm not terribly overweight, but what a difference those last few pounds can make. I think you'll really enjoy this site. There are so many supportive people out there, I have found, in the short 3 days I have been a member. Good luck. |

Thanks for the input guys! This just proves to me that CC is where I really need to be. I've tried WW probably 5 different times and it never really took. At least with CC I get instant advice from people who are REAL. Thanks again!!! |
