Hi, I am new here and having trouble with this as well. So far today, I have eaten 981 calories. I have burned or exercised 462 calories. The big number on the burn meter says 1800. The little number on the burn meter says 1633. So, do I have a deficit for the day of 628? And if I ate a 100 calorie snack would I then change my deficit for the day to 528? My profile says that I burn 1500 calories per day just living. (I set it on sedentary even though I am not sedentary). Then my profile says to lose the eight pounds that I want to lose by December, I should eat 1200 calories per day. Does this basically mean that if (for example) I eat 1600 calories and exercise 400 calories, that I have met my daily goal of 1200 calories? Sorry to be dumb and thanks for any help. |

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
