breakfast- 3/4 cup of quaker natural cereal, 1 cup of milk (471 calories)

lunch- 1 soft taco, 1/2 cup of purple grapes, 1 cup of lowfat chocolate milk (389 calories)

snack- almonds (178 calories)

dinner- 1 breadstick, 1 serving of herb-grilled salmon. (811 calories)

snack- 1 blueberry bagel, 1 tbsp. of sugar free grape jam. (340 calories)

total amount of calories- 2,189 calories

*no comment today. lol*

breakfast- 1 blueberry bagel, 1 tbsp. of sugar free grape jam. (340 calories)

school lunch- 1 hotdog with mustard on it, 1 cup of lowfat chocolate milk, 1/2 cup of purple grapes. (236 calories)

snack- handful of almonds. (178 calories)

dinner- 3 cups of spaghetti, 1 biscuit. (570 calories)

snack- 2 cinnamon raisin swirl breads, 4 tbsp. of pb, 1 cup of milk. (868 calories)

total amount of calories- 2,134 calories

i knew i would do better today. ;)

breakfast- 1 lowfat blueberry muffin, 1 cp of milk. = 319 calories

snack- 1 cp of grapes. = 62 calories

lunch- 1 ham sandwich, 1 pear, 1 cup of chocolate milk. = 431 calories

snack- 3 celery sticks, 1 tbsp. of buttermilk ranch dressing. = 183 calories

dinner- 3 oz of steak, 1/2 cp of mashed potatoes, 1/2 cp of sweet corn, 1 cp of milk. = 604 calories

snack- 1 pb sandwich. = 300 calories

total amount of calories- 1,898 calories

not that much calories, oh well, il do better tomorrow! :)

agruskin- edit; i've been in recovery for about 3 months (i think, lol). i used to weigh 87 lbs so i'm getting alot of progress. :) ~

breakfast- 1 cp of peanutbutter puffins cereal, 1 cup of milk, 1 orange, and 1 handful of almonds. (537 calories)

snack- 8 apple cinnamon rice snacks. (60 calories)

lunch- 1 grilled chicken sandwich. (567 calories)

snack- 1 mini whole wheat bagel, 1 tbsp. of peanutbutter. (194 calories)

dinner- [Went To Arby's] 1 grilled chicken sandwich, 1 baked potato. (686 calories)

snack- 1 cup of seedless grapes, 1 cup of milk. (212 calories)

total amount of calories- 2,225 calories.

age: 16 yrs old

height: 5'2 and a 1/2

current weight: 94 lbs

goal weght: 110-115 lbs

snack: ricecrackers, nuts, and milk with cookies  

cereal(hot/cold): oatmeal, kashi organic wheats 

smoothie: berry blast, cinnamon banana 

type of cookie: banana nut oatmeal cookies, chocolate chip (with milk, of course)  

sandwich: grilled chicken, mayo, lettuce 

italian food: pasta, bread sticks, vegetable lasagna

diet drink: no diet drink for me! =D 

nut: almond

spread: peanutbutter, honey, mustard, mayo 

bagel: blueberry

restaurant: shangrila

veggie: everything! ~ except for turnips, sweet potatos, and raw carrots 

bar (ex. luna bars): kashi granola bars, luna bars

binge food: trailmix, genral tso's chicken, mashed potatos, spaghetti sauce

appetizer: any kind of bread! ~ i prefer biscuits though

dinner meal: piece of grilled chicken with a side of wild rice and green beans 

international food type: chinese, japanese, and mexican

breakfast- 1 english muffin with 2 tbsp. peanutbutter on top, 1 glass of milk. (480 calories)

snack- 1 granny smith apple, 3 tablespoons of cinnamon. (129 calories)

lunch- pb&honey sandwich, 1 medium pear, 1 cup of milk. (448 calories)

snack- cinnamon banana smoothie. (288 calories)

dinner- 1 cup of mashed potatoes, 1/2 piece of roasted chicken, 1 cup of sweet corn, 1 glass of milk. (686 calories)

Total- 2,215 calories

I think i had a little too much of protein and sugar. =/ [102 grams of protein, 130 grams of sugar]
