My kiddies are just playing around making a tent out of the couch cushions right now so I thought I would see how we were doing for this week...

If my math is right as a team we have lost a total of 10.2 lbs so far!!! But we still have 5 team members left to weigh in!!! SO don't forget to weigh in and post it!!

Hi Everyone!

My name is Liz and I did the last challenge and lost 7lbs! During that time I was working on figuring out where I needed to have my calories at to lose at a rate I was happy with and in the last week I have found that having between a 750 and 850 deficit seems to work best for me. 

A little about me: I have a 2 year old daughter and a 10 month old son, so obviously I gained weight without a lot of time to lose it between the 2 of them. Our daughter was just over 6 months old when we found out we were pregnant with our son.

I was about 50lbs overweight before I became pregnant the first time, so at 9 months pregnant (both times) I was tipping the scale at 234 lbs. As of today  I have lost a total of 54 lbs. I have 40 lbs. until I reach a healthy BMI and 55 lbs. to go until I reach my goal of 125 lbs.

Going along with Papa's goal for the challenge:

1. Keep going to Curves at least 3 times per week for at least 30 minutes per session
2. Go for a walk or keep active during the days that I can't get out for a walk.
3. I hope to lose at least 12 lbs. (1.5/week). We'll see how that goes!
4. Make new friends too!

That by all means was totally uncalled for and was the rudest thing I have ever heard! I am also 5'4 and I weigh betweem 182-184 right now and believe it or not I wore my first skirt since like 2005 today! I got some looks today too, didn't really notice or care whether they were approving or not, but meh I felt sexy just being in it! If only they knew how hard we have worked to get where we are and how proud we are of what we have accomplished they would keep their damned mouths shut eh?!?!

I would like to join too!! I am 23 years old, 5'4 and 183lbs I have already lost 51 lbs. But would still like to lose another 50-60 lbs. I go to Curves 3-4 times a week for 30-40 minutes, plus I am a stay a home mom of a 2 year old daughter and a 9 month old son, so I am busy running around after them taking them for walks to the park and so on.

Count me in !!!!!

I hope that its nothing, but I can hardly eat anything right now except bread (no margarine), fruits, veggies, chicken and fish. I'm having a hard time getting in my 1500 cals a day without eating something that will put in me bed with pain. Frown

Edit: Doctor also told me that I fit into the category to develop gall stones:

1. Female
2. Fertile (under 40)
3. Previously overweight
4. Large weight loss (50lbs)
