Thankyou ladies!  Very helpful!  Calories-in vs. calories-out, I have to remember that.  It really doesn't matter?  I guess it's all about trial and error.  I have to remember too to try not to eat right before I go to sleep, whether it's in the morning or the afternoon.  Thanks again.

I hate that my mom always asks me how the exercising is going.  I know she's just concerned that I will gain weight back, but.....

If I were skinny, I'd never get asked that question.  Also being asked if I'm still eating healthy.

I try not to snack too much.  But there are yummy things in the breakfast I have to set up at the hotel.  I have splenda with an apple and egg whites.  The problem is I just hope I'm consuming my 1200 calories in the right time increment.  I hope so.  I've tried so hard, and don't want to back peddle.  I like my job, and especially in these hard times, am lucky to have a full-time job.  I just don't want to become resentful of this shift because it is hurting the chances of my being healthy and happy.  Thanks so much for replying, and it does help to know that there are others out there struggling with the "want", not "need" to snack in the middle of the night.

You have got to be positive.  That's first, otherwise you may not be able to do this.  Do 1200 calories a day, and you will be able to drop the 10 pounds in the time you want to; without exercise even.  Eat egg whites, and fruits/veggies.  Just remember that just because it's healthy, doesn't mean you can have endless amounts.  An orange has 90 calories, while an apple (that is a pretty good size) only has 45 calories.  A good tip is to put splenda on the apple.  Super tasty.  You can do it honey!  Feel free to help me with my problem, and thankyou if you do.  It's under motivation also, and I've had 0 replies.

Remember to weigh yourself after a good night sleep, after you go to the bathroom, and when you're naked.  That is the only accurate way, otherwise, what you see on the scale could just be water weight.  You're doing great!  It's such a struggle though, isn't it?

1,200 calories a day is the way to go.
