the ministry of sound dvd's with deanne berry in them are fantastic, i have all of them, pump it up and the clubland dvd are the best.

the music is great to make you want to jump around and the workouts are hard but easy to do, and theres a dance section in the middle if your feeling wild, i normally skip that bit tho and do the hard section twice.

ive been doing them for almost a year now every other day and ive lost almost 2 stone and ive just got to get rid of my final bit of belly now.

it might not work for everyone but my bum was massive and my thighs werent much better, since ive been running, ive lost nearly 2 stone of fat and my bum is looking brilliant (my husband tells me)

yeh please tell us how you did it, what you ate what exercise you did, the whole thing.

i really hope thats me a year from now showing others how well ive done.

im hoping its to do with strengthening the muscle like you say cos my belly is the bit i hate on me, ive been running for about 6 weeks every other day now for about 3 miles, i still have to walk every so often cos it kills me but my lungs like it now just my calfs are stopping me.  im starting to notice that the top half of my belly seems to be staying in now but not the lower half yet, so im hoping that if i keep working on the running, doing 14 situps every night and eating right then some day i might have a permanently flat belly.  fingers crossed and good luck to ya :)

hiya, im 156lb now, i been trying to lose weight and get fit for 5 weeks now, i was 165lb to begin with so ive lost 9lb now, im really pleased.  im 28 and 5ft 8in i think, i suddenly thought, my god im 28 and im disgusting, i have a massive belly roll when im sat down.  my goal is to be 133lb by christmas, but the coach on here says i will probly not make it till feb 18th, but we'll see.

i work at a desk all day and then i'd go home walk my dog, have my tea and then sit on the setee watching tv all night and eating the wrong foods and too much of them.

i suddenly thought my god, im 28 now, im starting to get lines on my face and im a big fat git, so i told my friend i was gonna start running every other day and i was amazed when she turned round and said she would join me!!! so we started off running about 2 miles in about an hour (running for a minute then walking for about a minute i should say) but hey any exercise is better than nothing isnt it.

this past week ive been running with my dog cos my friend seems to of got bored and i have a lead that goes round my waist so me and deefa take it in turns to drag each other, ive been running a bit faster than i should cos you try to keep up with the dogs pace and i shouldnt of really, but i managed about 2 miles running and walking nearly dying for breath i was LOL!!! then ive started walking fast for an extra mile at the end to try and get myself ready to start running for 3 miles eventually, but hey i'll get there some day.

i went running with a different friend last night and she is about 181lb and has gone to the gym on an off for years but i was so amazed that i actually thrashed her at running even going slow she was puffing away behind me.  so its amazing what 5 weeks makes.

i really reccommend it.

ive also been trying to eat better, i used to sit and eat like 5 or 6 flapjack cookies for breakfast every day along with lunch and tea and crisps and sweets in between.

now i normally have a big fruit salad for breakfast that i make the night before of apples, melon and kiwi.  then i have a snack about 10:30 of a party ring biscuit 30 calories or an apple then i'll have something for lunch like a baked potato with cheese or a sandwich or something and i always stop whatever im eating as soon as i feel slightly full then i'll have an afternoon snack about 3 of an apple again or something like that and then i'll have something for tea that any normal person would but again i'll stop as soon as i feel full again, then at night i love tea so i'll just have 3 cups of tea before bed and thats me done for the day. 

and i really think if i keep it up i might actually win, im even gonna keep dragging me friend along till she gets as good as me and we can keep on going together.
