Wow, I'm starting to feel bad now...LOL

I've only been on here since 9/10 but so far most of my grades have been B- to C+.

Guess I need to be doing a little better! Although I have lost 7.6lbs...Laughing

I'll join! I would like to obtain the goal of 20lbs by Halloween! I started my diet on Tues 9/9/08 and as of today have lost 7.4lbs.Smile So that leaves me 13lbs to go, very obtainable in 6wks I would think. I'm sure that will slow down now but I don't mind reaching for the stars!

Breakfast- Diet Red Bull=10cal   Fiber one Bar=140cal

Lunch- Del Monte lite Peaches=25cal WW cheese snack=45cal

Dinner- Don't know yet!

Snacks- Doritos=100cal

My calorie intake has been about like yours, just slightly under 1200. However, there have been a couple of days that I was slightly over. I think the key is to average out for the week. It's ok to be a little low on somedays and a little over on others. It's almost impossible to be exact every day...at least it is for me!
