Ellooo Again ;o

breakfast; 2 flaxseed pancakes, 4 tablespoons of pure maplesyrup, drizzle of blueberries & raisins, glass of vanilla soy milk

snack; 1 "To Go" peanut butter cup

lunch; cup of brown rice mixed with veggies, 1 tempeh burger on a whole wheat bun, 1/2 glass of  warm vanilla soy milk mixed with chocolate cocoa powder

snack; 12 carrot sticks dipped in hummus

dinner; 6 vegan chik*N tenders dipped in BBQ sauce, strips of bell peppers, handful of pita beans

snack; 1 huge banana with a tablespoon of almond butter and a drizzle of raisins

I gained ONE pound! YAYYY! :) (92 lbs, lets hope it does NOT go back down!~)

Friend One; 4'11 and 108 lbs.

Lunch: Bag of SunChips, PeanutButter & Banana Sandwich, and a HoneyCrisp Apple

Friend Two; 5'1 and 160 lbs.

Lunch: 1 Strawberrry Iced Poptart, Bag of Cheetos, Chocolate milk, and a Chocolate bae

Friend Three; 5'2 and 120 lbs.

Lunch: 1 Cheese Pizza, Small Pasta Salad, and Milk

Everyone (Cept Friend Two) eat okay. But some kids that are not my friends eat like; Chocolate milk, 1 blueberry muffin, 2 ricecakes with Peanut butter, bag Cheetos, and a whole thing of M&M.

I mean I eat a big lunch but it's not unhealthy like ^that. =/

Ehh, I've been feeling better with a bloated feeling. <3

The CornDogs are pretty good, in my opinion. (They made have a weird texture)

Workout snack: 1 oz. of Almonds- 160 calories

Breakfast: High Protein Shake consisting of WheyProtein Powder, Soy Milk, Nut butter, Cinnamon, Kale and a Banana- 539 calories

Lunch: Quinoa Black Bean Salad- 808 calories

Snack: 1 Dark chocolate candy bar- 140 calories [Ahh, the bitter sweet taste of Dark Chocolate :)]

Dinner: Quinoa Black bean Salad- 808 calories

Total~ 2,455 calories (Dunn)

Total~ 2201 calories.

Wow, I know I did good today but I feel all bloated and just, bleh. xP

GW- Currently 108 pounds.

Hi! :) I'm Nyan, I need to gain weight, I do not look good, and i'm as pale as a ghost. I am naturally skinny but I look a little TOO skinny and I want some meat on my bones. =]

Breakfast- Rolled oats [300], Almond butter [203], Almonds [138], Pure Maplesyrup [50], Cinnamon [12]

Lunch- Vegan steak [261], Hot sauce [7], Bell peppers [40]

Workout Snack- Grapes [52]

Dinner- Vegan steak [261], Hot sauce [14], Bell peppers [40]. Cucumber [19], Olive oil [124], Almond milk [68]

Snack- Soy pudding [110], Walnuts [183], Cinnamon [5]

That's a total of 1,886 calories, I know that doesn't sound like alot but im trying to move up slowly. I used to eat like 1,100 calories so this is a big improvement for me.

Agruskin- Eh, I walk, probably dont burn alot, I'm actually trying to gain weight, soo I don't really care if i burn or what. :)

Anyywayy~

Breakfast- Oatmeal consisting of Almond Butter, Almonds, Almond Milk, and Pure MapleSyrup with a dash of cinnamon

Lunch- Vegan steak with a small spoonful of Hot Sauce, Red bell peppers mixed with green bell peppers, water bottle

Workout snack- Small bowl of green grapes, water bottle

Dinner- 1 small small salad consisting of olive oil, cucumbers, red bell peppers, lettuce, and cherry tomatos. Small vegan steak with a small spoonful of Hot Sauce, and 1 glass of Almond milk

Snack- A container of Vanilla Soy pudding with a sprinkle of walnuts and a dash of cinnamon

Edible eye balls

  • Carrots
  • Cream cheese
  • Pitted black olives

1. Slice carrots into 1 inch-thick chunks, top each with a blob of cream cheese and one half of a pitted black olive, ready to serve!

Spider pretzels

  • 2 round crackers
  • 2 tsp. of smooth peanutbutter
  • 8 small pretzel sticks
  • 2 raisins

With the peanutbutter, make a cracker sammich. Insert 8 pretzel "legs" into the filling. With a dab of peanutbutter, set two raisin "eyes" on top. Makes 1 spider pretzel.

Rotten apple punch

  • Apple cider
  • Five 1/2-cup containers
  • Red and green food coloring
  • 10-15 gummy worms
  • Punch bowl

1. Pour apple cider into all 5 small dishes, stopping about 1/2 inch from the top. Add 2 drops of red and 1 drop of green food coloring to each dish and stir until the colors have blended.

2. Hang 2 or 3 gummy worms around the edge of each dish and place the dishes in the freezer. If you use more than 3 worms, the rotten apples won't float as well. Freeze until the rotten apples are solid.

3. Just before serving, slip the frozen wormy apples out of the dishes by setting them briefly in a few inches of warm water in your sink.

4. Float the rotten apples in a large punch bowl filled with untinted cider. For added creepiness, drape the gummy worms over the edges of your serving bowl.

Spaghetti with Eyeballs

  • 2 lbs. lean ground beeg (or soy beef)
  • 1 1/2 cups of seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp. of ketchup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp. fresh basil or 1 tsp. dried
  • 1 7-oz. jar pimiento-stuffed olives
  • 1 26-oz. jar prepared pasta sauce
  • 1 lb. spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2. Mix the ground beef, bread crumbs, ketchup, eggs and basil in a large bowl. Using the meat mixture, form about 30 small meatballs.

3. To make the eyeballs, press an olive into each meatball, pimiento side out. Place the eyeballs in a baking dish, cover with the pasta sauce, and bake for 45 minutes.

4. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water. Drain and rinse the spaghetti and toss with 1 tablespoon of olive oil to prevent strands from sticking together. Put it on a platter or in a large serving bowl.

5. Spoon the eyeballs onto the spaghetti, irises up, and spoon the pasta sauce around them. Makes 10 servings.

I sprinkle sugar on my grapefruit, then scrape out the insides (with a spooon)

"Weird combo's" my family&friend think are weird;

  • Soft pretzel with salsa
  • Pb&Sugar sandwich (I don't do this anymore but when I was little I used to put two tablespoons of peanut butter and sugar on two slices of bread)
  • Mustard on fries or hashbrowns
  • BBQ on hashbrowns
  • Peanut butter in my oatmeal- my mom thinks thats weird! No kidding!
  • Cinnamon on my popcorn
  • Soy "Icecream" in my oatmeal
  • Fries dipped in soy chocolate smoothie

My sister likes ketchup in her mac&cheeze, I think that's so gross! xP

Banana dog;

Pack a banana to school

bring a hotdog bun, and a small container of nut butter

when lunch time, peel the banana, put the banana on the hotdog bun, smother the nut butter on the banana, and wah-la...a banana dog! :] (You can also use and pita of tortilla roll)

*If you want food hot, buy a thermal jar*

When I was 12 I watched a video on what happens in farm factories to the cow's and chickens and it made me cry, so I decided to become vegetarian. Now i'm vegan, and i'm proud of it! :D
