I'm about the same height as you are and about 135. i also want to get down to 129-130 but it seems impossible to do! what are you doing?

I think that a great healthy way to raise your calorie intake with something that wont make any fuller is to sneak in a few almonds, and if you dont have any put some natural peanut butter on a slice of whole wheat bread. by doing that you wont be stretching your stomach but will be helping your metabolism.
