Ok March seriously sucked I was in an intense interview process for 3 weeks, 10 interviews, flew to NC twice only to have them not to hire me. I am extremely stressed out, so now its back to applying for more jobs and focusing on the workouts. Good job to everyone who has stayed with it.

OMG I am so annoyed got the bike fixed 5 minutes into it the belt came off, and it snowed today so I couldn't go outside and walk, seriously all I want to do it workout (which is amazing) and it seems like everything is standing in my way. So I turned on exercise on demand and did 40 minutes of pilates/ weight lifting/ cruntches, not sure how many calories, but I am feeling it in my core, arms and legs so it must have been effective.

Well only 300 calories were burnt playing aka chasing my niece around, the rest came from walking for an hour and a half at a fast pace with hills (not that much fun).

Wednesday I did some hard core cleaning for 3+ hours 890 calories

Thursday (since I have insomnia) I decided to hit the bike hard at 5am... well I am still wide awake and the stupid belt on the bike came off and I don't know how to get in there to fix it so I will have to settle for 5.6 miles in 40 mins - 396 calories.

Also I have found that the calories burnt according to the bike are to low and CC seems to high so I found a site that gives you formulas that takes your weight into consideration giving you a more accurate Calories Burnt

G151 have you been doing the same thing? I know that your body can get used to a workout routine, so make sure you are changing it up and do different things so that you are constantly challenging your body.

I am back and I am mad at myself for going so long without exercising, but for those of you who kept it up over Christmas I am extremely impressed!!!! Even though its been a month since I exercised I managed to sustain my weight which is a plus... however I didn't lose anything either which sucks. So I am going to try to get into a 5 day a week routine doing min of 4 miles each day.

Today exercise bike 4.5 miles
