oxymoron- is it too late to get back to eating normal? is my metabolism shot? like...if i start eating healthy three meals a day will i gain weight since my metabolism is slow? |

Right when I start getting good, I hit rock bottom again. Yesterday and today were awful binges...today especially. im so worried. i dont want to gain weight. today i had like half of a pb jar, sdo many hershey kisses, chocolate granola bars...im out of control. i did intense pool running today for and hour and then biked for an hour and i think i burned about 1200-1300 calories today but i think i took in around 4000 to 5000. im just really down in the dumps. i feel awful about myself. i dont want to gain weight. especially for when i start running again. i guess im just looking for support and reassurance. please help me everyone. i hate myself, how i look, and how i feel. =( |

ok sweet! yeah, i never really eat burgers, fries, chips etc....so hopefully thats a good thing... any advice with the possible weight loss? |

i'm a girl by the way...sorry lol and thanks, would u classify pb as junk? or chocolate as junk? because my coach emphasizes chocolate like crazy. I have pb and chocolate almost every day....energy bars of course......and thats probably what i worry puts weight on me...but i also feel it helps me run because i feel good running the next day. I usually have pb/chocolate before bed...those are the two "junk" foods that i always eat!! |
