Stick with it! You can do it! I was the same it hurt so bad just force yourself to do it every day it doesnt matter in the beginning that you dont do all the reps just do what you can. It will bring you results I promise I have been doing it for one month and some more Ive lost 5 pounds and a bunch of inches on my waist I even had to get my size 8 dress altered cause it was way too big.

I have been shredding for a little over a month and honestly i stick with levels one and two . Three is crazy hard! I hope to do three more often soon but for now i do one and two and mix in other videos some days like banish fat boost......

Well ladies , I just did level 2 then right into level 3 for the 1st time. I only made it half way through it is hard ladies. I really dislike all the planks . On the good side though I just had to get my dress taken in cause the inches are melting off!!!

hush- I do shred every day alternating between level 1 and 2 soon to go to level 3. Some days I do level 1 and 2, and some days I do one level of shred and 20 mins off the cardio max dvd. I think it is fine to add exercise as long as you eat enough.

I have 5 lb weights and I still cant make it all the way thru the military press or v thing.I cant imagine 8lb! qmwillcand- 1300 cals is pretty low how tall are you , weight? If you are exercising you dont want more than a 700 cal deficit ,meaning see what you burn a day . I burn 2350 a day without exercising so I aim for 1550 cals a day. But I exercise most days and that ups my daily burn so On days I exercise I eat closer to 1800. You need to fuel your workouts,In 3 weeks I have lost 5 lbs, and about 4 inches. Eating enough will help keep you from Bingeing. Good luck and stick with the exercising!  and happy thanksgiving!

Still on level 2 today , its been now about 12 days of this ,its great to begin and barely be able to make it through level 1 and now i feel like level 2 is getting easier!

Today I did level 2 ,I missed yesterday, wasnt feeling well. Still having a really hard time with the move where you balance on one leg and press weights over your head. And those planks!!!! I also bought turbo jam and did about 20 mins of cardio party , the moves were pretty complicated and that lady is super annoying! Im not giving up on it completely , I will try other parts of turbo jam but I did weigh myself today and im down 4 pounds!!!!!! How are you guys doing?

so I just finished day two of level 2, but I also do level 1 still. I do them consecutively , so overall i am on day 10? I havent lost a pound yet but I am just finishing with my monthly cycle so I am probably holding on to water . Anyway gonna stick with it . How is everyone else doing?

Holy moly ladies! I just did level 1 and then right into level 2. Level 2 is painful ,I have been using 5 pound weights but I think I will need to get lighter ones for the v press. The planks are nearly impossible too! I guess I will just have to try and do one more of each move everyday.Keep up the good work ladies!

i ended up doing level 1 and 2 of biggest loser  cardio max dvd and shred part 1 ,all of these without a break. It feels good it is getting easier to do the pushups now but im still doing them on my knees.

I realize my bmi is healthy, But i think it is not healthy to carry so much weight in my middle i am very small chested and have thin legs and arms , my skin feels"tight" around my middle. I would love to just lose some of my belly:)

Hello! My stats are almost exactly the same. I am about 163 right now and just shy of 5 '10. I am doing 30 day shred , a workout video, but also try to do extra cardio at the gym.I agree with amethystgirl... you shouldn't neglect weights. I too think free weights are best thats why i do videos with free weights it is just easier for me to follow along and have proper form. I have about 15 lbs or so i want to lose, I carry all my weight in my mid section, so hoping I can lose the spare tire . Message me and we could be buddys good luck!

Im doing alright. Honestly, when I tried to workout sat i didnt do too well. I made it about 15 mins.but today im going to do both 1 and 2 .I think 1 is getting too easy and boring. Its been almost a week for me . I have been keeping a close eye on my calories as well. 1500 a day still hoping to lose 15 or 20 lbs.

Im in! i started about a week ago and have done it 5 times. I am trying to lose 15 lbs all of which i carry in my mid section!I also count calories staying around 1600 a day. I am 5ft 10 so that is about the cals i need ... oh and 163lbs. Are you guys counting cals? Are you doing other forms of execise?

congrats ladies!!! I must apoligize i started this thread but honestly  its been so hard for me to stay motivated i have barely lost  1 lb. its been over a month of counting eveything i eat and exercising im so frustrated i dont know what im doing wrong:(

well ladies lets do this. Last night was a little discouraging for me . I went out with my boyfriend to a concert we have been waitng to see for months and I tell you......none of my pretty dresses fit anymore .I know rationally its only a 15lb difference but it still sucks to have all these nice clothes and none of them fit. any way just thought id vent to you guys . today is weigh in day...and i feel huge. i weighed in at 165lbs. Ive been counting my calories and exercising but maybe im ready to step the exercise up .How are you guys doing?

I am so new to this. I dont know how the burn meter works? Can any of you guys tell me? Also I understand your frustration morlan. Please dont give up maybe you need to switch up your routine also when the scale isnt moving i extremly up my cardio and think of my friends that just got back from hiking the pct for 3 months. They were doing about 5 to 6 hours a day of hikiing i know that is not realistic for us, but they were also eating close to 4000 cals on alot of days and they still lost tons of weight. so that being said maybe you need to up your calories and exercise more. You just got to find something fun. Im in Portland,or and if i was in seattle i would love a workout buddy maybe you can find a fun class . keep me posted!

Awesome. How does running work for you ? last september i started running and also running stairs near my house and man did my butt and thigh muscles explode! It is awesome to have muscles but none of my jeans fit over my butt and my middle was still thick? I am taking back to walking and no stairs! I also am going to join a gym and check out classes.
