- Jordan~ Does Track, Thin/Healthy weight -

Lunch: She usually packs a bag of AllNatural chips, with a ham sandwich, and green grapes

- Rene~ Plays Basketball, at a healthy weight. -

Lunch: Flavored water, LightNFit yogurt, Peanut butter sandwich, and a bag of popcorn

- Lauren~ Slightly overweight -

Lunch: Bag of Cheetos, Ham Cheese sandwich, and oreo cookies

- Adam~ Healthy weight -

Lunch: Popcorn chicken, Bread roll, Orange juice

Lunch: Square cheese pizza, Fruit roll up, Orange juice, Milk

there okay eaters but once in a while i see someone bring out the cake and donuts. ;)

Breakfast: Low-fat granola cereal with a splash of almond milk, 1 small honeycrisp apple

Lunch: 1 Smuckers uncrustable, 1 pear, cup of skim milk

Dinner: Brown rice mixed with vegetables (Pea's, Scrambled eggs, Carrots, Broccoli)

Snack: 1 Oatmeal raisin cookie with a glass of warm almond milk

snack: 1 cup of grapes (90)

school lunch: 1 bean cheese burrito (250), 1 cup of milk (125), 1 medium sized pear (96)

snack: 1/4 cup of nuts (130)

dinner: 1 vegetable patty (100), 1/2 cup of corn (60), 1 tbsp. of light butter (40)

snack: Icecream (190)

Hi, could i join too?

I just started my diet today and I do have binging problem, whenever I see chips and I say to myself "i'll only have few", instead, I eat the whole frikkin bag! :(

Oh, and this 4th of July I said I was only going to have 1 cookie for dessert, instead I ate 3 cookies, 2 cups of glazed trailmix, and a slice of carrot cake.

But, that's all in the past. lol.

Day 1-  It was a good day, I didn't binged, I had soccer practice, and I feel pumped for tomorrow
