I have been using it, i have lost 20 lbs in the past 2 months. I think it helps but i have noticed that i have changed my eating habits and work out more often have made the results allot better. I think  by just sticking to a low fat low calorie with out starving yourself you would get the same results.

16. Anything Else You'd Like To Share? so far i have lost 20 lbs working out and watching what i eat but i have hit a wall at 230. I need to get ready for officer school and air force pilot training in spring 09'. have been hitting it hard since july 08'  but between deployments and trips i have hit some road bumps.  found this website with awesome information and i can access it from my phone which lets me update what i eat in real time.
