wow!!! GREAT NEW ATTITUDE for our group!! We all need this Lynn, is taebo hard cardio, sure feels like it? its more then 500 cal, also i have a firm workout that is circuit training, 500 cal, I thought toning and weight lifting is the same thing,  it's not? HELP!!

I don't know if I made the right move, cuz nothing was wrong with what I was doing, but I went ahead moved to atkins...but it's a 2 week trial,well see

I FINALLY HIT 200LBS!!!!Cool OH YEAH! OH YEAH!!, I'M BAD YOU KNOW IT!!

okay, this cal cycling is great so far...i'm still thinkin of bouncing off cal cycle and onto atkins for 2 weeks, last time i was stuck on a plateu, my first 2 weeks in atkins i lost 10lbs, but then it started comming off 1.5-2 weekly. I just want to speed things up a lil, im so GREEDY:<, can't wait to get inot the 100's

 

yella when i go ova my cals, i still freak out, you take it soo calm, you got good nerves woman

well crickt the whole cal cycle is great, i can't inmagine being faithful while away, but  you know how to estimate all the foods you eat right? you could eat light most days, like no desserts, holding gravies, no breads etc., then two days u can add more, idk cuz wen i go away, i'm usually a bad girlFrown

Yasich, is yoga hard, i want to try it but I think I will not be able to do it with proper form, why is yoga a good excercise to do? 5lbs in 1 wk is awesome, congrats!

LYNN i kno how you feel,  have you though about changing your whole diet, like cal cycling ( cricket got dat link on here) or south beach or atkins  for like 2-4wks, im not plateu right now, but i'm doin da cal cycling right now, but i want it to go faster, last time i wanted that i switched 2 atkins for 2 weeks and lost 10lbs, im only poultrey eater so it wasnt as easy as it would be for meat and seafood lover

wow dats deep, hummm... if it was me In that same situation, I would not jump into a living  together commitment  until me and the guy had a strong, trustable relationship for @least 6mths, is he still hanging with the same boys? I think I would go very slow, thread lightly and take my time, I mean ppl do change, but the game is also forever changing, it gets better with time gurl..lol..being nerevous is the smart way to go.....WAT U OTHER GURLS THINK?

u r right criket, everytone is crazy about  the swine flu....I have been cal cycling too, i am currently at 203, i'' weigh myself again at the end of the week, thur morn, cant wait to see how it went 4 u

congratsyellagurl on the weight, what are the pro's and cons of your relationship? You said on and off for the last 3 years, how has the last year been with the whole" on and off thing" and is it usually ova silly things or out right serious?

I also work out alot, 4mod-high intensity cardio weekly(40 min) and 2 strength train(40) min weekly, abd routines 2xwk, I have hit several plateus on this diet. I  keep switching up all my routines every couple weeks to try n prevent plateus...sometimes i dont get enough cals, so my body thinks its starving, sometimes im just in a routine too long, I want 2 stay on my diet pills ut have been on it between this and phen more then 3 mths so i have to break :-(

I was on phentramine for like 2 months and then my dr switxh me to adpidex( same med just stronger dose)..my major -side effect is dazing out, like a weird state of ephoria mixed with wierdness, u cant really pay attention to anything when this happens....its so scary,but i have lost 83 lbs since sept 08...i have only 2 pills left, then im taking a break for like 2-3mths, im goin 2 try atkins

I'm doing cardio 3xwk/weight 2xwk (tae bo- jullian  weight train) tryna stay between 1100-1250-1450 weekly, up to 2000 on my cheat meal day. I can't inmagine not weighing myself every day.
