It really discourage to see the scale going up

It's like I 've just destroyed my 3 months effort within just few days

i just ate a box of cereal yesterday

 

but it's only 550 kcal a box, right?

so if i count it as my carb allowance cal... will it be okay??

How long will it take for my body to start burning more?

I stay on deficit for quite some time-

about 3 months with 900 kcal and some binge days

 

I start doing that before I know CC and I cant manage to quit it

coz im afraid that i'll gain it all back

 

if I start consume more calorie, will my body keep it as fat?

I dont kno whether i'm in the starvation mode or not

but i have missed last months period [and it just come today]

 

what should I do???

i know it's not healthy.. and normally i am a very health concern person

 

but i'm in the exam period now so.. no time to cook or to shop for a good food

I dont wanna go to the fast food restaurant

so cereal and yoghurt is the best thing for me until i'm done with the exam

I allow myself to satisfy the cravings ...only in small amount


drink lots of water, it helps!

u gotta control urself...i have a problem with controlling my craving too TT

 

anyway,

I'm not doing so good this week

gain 1.5 lbs TT

eating late at night - 2 times

missed exercise - 2 times

not include binging on carbs and sweets TT

 

CW: 113.5

GW: 111- need to tone up a lot!

and put myself back to the healthy eating way TT

 

How's everyone doing?

I have it for a whole 2 days now

 

it's getting a bit better today

but i worry about my vitamin intake

you dont feel that u look bigger... and that's great!!

 

I dont want to weight in so often

so i try to feel my weight instead...

just wanna be happy in my own skin

 

anyway,

has anyone know about cramp?

it's not a real cramp on my legs

but i feel some tension on my lower legs, both of them

is it because i dont have enough vitamins?

I'm 21 and my current weight is 114

my BMR is about 1200 but i misunderstood that i should have the calorie deficit from BMR so I am stick to the 700 per day and cannot stop

I think i'm not doing this the right way

I've been eating a super low carb meal for 2 weeks now..i'm shrinking too fast

My daily meal dont exceed 1000 normally it's around 800...i know this might lead to a starvation mode

but i really dont know what to do TT

i'm afraid that i will gain all that i lost if i start eating carb

 

any suggestion?

Calorie Limit: 1100-1200

 

BREAKFAST: yogurt or soy milk + wheat bran, wheat germ, sesame and oat

LUNCH: veg soup with chicken[no skin for sure] or SOM TAM[ Thai [papaya salad]

DINNER: half of canned Tuna with herb or fruit

SNACK: fruit, coco powder mix with yogurt+splenda  [chocolate substitute]

EXERCISE: 5 days a week [ sm kind of CDs]

WATER: 2 liter

MEET YOUR GOAL?:the end of May

GOOD ADVICE FOR ANYONE:

Don't let one bad bite destroys your day!

You can do it!!!

I have the wheat bran, wheat germ and oat every morning with soy oat milk or yogurt. May be you can try mixing the wheat bran with a yogurt and add some coco powder or anything that you like... leave it in ur fridge in case you want some healthy snack during the day

 

anyway, is it a roasted wheat bran?
