I am for sure eating enough! I like to say about 1500 Calories per day but sometimes it is more like 2000... that's why I felt maybe an appetite suppressant would help my munchies! |

I drink 4 to 5 litres a day. I don't go that much anymore but when I first increased my water intake I was going all of the time and 3 time a night. Now I do get up one time during the night but I don't have to go all the time. Your body has to get used to it. They say drinking water (9.5 ph Alkalinity is the best water) is the only way to cleanse your body cells. I'd say give it a little more time. |

I just sent a thread exactly like yours regarding this morning. Same thing. I was SO MAD. I think gi-jane has the correct idea but it is part of my morning routine to weigh myself and to motivate my eating habits and exercise, too. |

Thanks for the reply. This morning I rode 18 miles about 1 hour and 15 mins. I tend to go about 14 MPH. It says I burned over 500 calories, I hope so. But was I hungry after I showered and got ready for work! It is a good thing I premade some Steelcut Oatmeal or I would have ate anything I could get my hands on. |

Thanks for the input. An Aerodyne Bike is made by Schwinn and it also uses your arms. I could only do it for 5 minutes when I first started it. I guess the rehabilitate heart patients with this bike. |

That's awesome. What did you have in your wrap? Are you using light bread? If I ate all that it seems my calories would go over. I must be using the wrong products? |

Another recipe I use all the time for most any fish and it is so simple is: Hoisin sauce and chinese 5 spice. Lightly spread hoisin on both sides of filet and lightly sprinkle chinese 5 spice on both side of filet. You can then bake or grill your fish until done. I think this is my most favorite way to have fish! |

This recipe is so good I even eat it cold and I am not a fish lover! Melt 1/2 stick of butter and add 1/2 cup of soy sauce. Dredge your tipila filets through the mixture (after mixture taken off the burner) and set aside. Slice up 1 red pepper and a small onion and put into to baggie and add the remainder of the leftover "sauce". Heat grill on high and add peppers and onion to grill pan. Once they start to cook add fish and cook until flaky. Put into to serving bowl. Trust me I LOVE this dish. |
