I honestly haven't tried any probably in the past few years.  I would love to know some of your recipes!!  I will try anything at least once, so that would be very helpful to me!!

Have you always drank 64 oz. of water?  You could be simply retaining extra water in your muscles now that you are working out 5 days a week.  Also, muscle weighs more than fat, so if you are going to the gym that much you may be gaining pounds in muscle and not fat (which is not a bad thing!!).  125 pounds is a healthy weight for your height, so I wouldn't worry so much just yet about this.  If you are eating the right amount of calories and exercising, then I am sure your long term results will be awesome.  Hang in there!
