Have you always drank 64 oz. of water? You could be simply retaining extra water in your muscles now that you are working out 5 days a week. Also, muscle weighs more than fat, so if you are going to the gym that much you may be gaining pounds in muscle and not fat (which is not a bad thing!!). 125 pounds is a healthy weight for your height, so I wouldn't worry so much just yet about this. If you are eating the right amount of calories and exercising, then I am sure your long term results will be awesome. Hang in there! |
