Yeah, sweet potato fries are really good. I have made them myself before which helps a bit since I can control the portions and whatnot better. Maybe cooking them in a healthier oil or something? Or, a smaller amount of fries? |

I have gotten a spam message before and it was taken care of and just got another one... from the user budzynski asking me if I wanted to have sex. |

Thanks :) I use Olive Oil quite a bit, so all good there. I tried avocados but don't like the taste of them for some reason. I love peanuts and almonds :) Don't like a lot of other nuts though. I am quite picky, lol :) The stationary bike that I use tells the calories burned and it is pretty accurate. I go on the highest level for about 45 minutes or so at 40-60 RPM, so it does a good workout. I also use my DDR to warm up with, but end up moving my whole body, so I add a few extra calories per song which adds up quickly (usually 3 calories per song added to the 8-9 I burn (I go on basic with a high beat song). |

The answer to all of your questions is no. There is no chance I am pregnant whatsoever (as I am still a virgin), and am not on the pill. I currently don't take any medication.
All seems fine no, so I guess it might have been just extra lining or something, since I am exercising quite a bit daily. |

Nope, I haven't eaten any beets lately (maybe a month or so ago). It may just be the other thing though. I am really worried about it or anything at the moment.
I remember when I was around 12 or so and drank some blue soda and my urine turned out blue, which was very cool at the time. |

I just think it is due to my working out so much. It has seemed to go away since I posted this, but I still have a bit of cramping, so probably just excess blood trying to get out of my body. It wasn't blood, like a huge amount, just a darker substance, like I normally get when I have my period. But, as someone mentioned earlier, it may just be leftover from before. |

Nope, just the usual cramping a little bit (that I would experience with my period). |

No worries :) I was just curious about it. I figured it was a spammer, but wasn't 100% sure or not. |

Another factor is your genes. I don't want to lose a lot from my cup since I am happy with my breast size (40 C) and my main focus is pretty much everywhere else, lol. |

I sometimes make a cauliflower mash (similar to mashed potatoes)... Just steam (of your cooking preference) your cauliflower until it is soft enough to mash together. Add a bit of milk, salt and pepper to taste, cheese if you want, and a tiny drop of butter (not needed) and blend in a blender or puree until you reach your desired thickness. This is a nice alternative to mashed potatoes and tastes great and even resembles mashed potatoes. It is really easy to make and doesn't take too long to cook either. |

| Weight Loss | How Much To Consume? | Sep 24 2008 22:14 (UTC) |

I had already changed my settings to Sedentary (Under My Settings) and the Burn Meter still reads around 2600, lol :) Oh well, I eat nowhere near that, unless I feel really hungry, which I surprisingly haven't lately. Regarding what activities I am logging: so far, I have just been putting down if I have done any walking (like around the block or the mall, but rarely unless it actually counts) and the stationary bike (which is 1200 calories daily lately). |

I changed it to sedentary and now the burn meter says around 2660 is what I burn basically just sitting around, lol. If I factor in what I burn exercising, it is 3860 calories that I burn daily. I do eat steak and stuff occasionally and do splurge, but lately, I guess my body has grown accustomed to eating lighter meals, with snacks in between, which really only adds up to around 1700-1800 calories at the most surprisingly. Even when I add in stuff like ice cream, it doesn't make it a lot higher, lol. When my trip to Walt Disney World rolls around in January (just after my birthday), I will definitely be getting those calories, since we are on the dining plan. |

| Health & Support | Can't stop eating at night especially | Sep 23 2008 23:12 (UTC) |

I used to eat a night a lot, and still sometimes do, but now tend to eat something like an apple or yogurt, or toast with cheese. I am not a huge sweet eater so no worries there. As others have suggested, just revamp your diet, it will help :) Something I find that helps is mostly making my own meals, instead of cooking premade food. It takes more time to prepare and you will appreciate the food more. Something as simple as homemade applesauce or a chicken tortilla are easy to make and don't take a lot of time. I have also noticed that since I started my diet on September 1st, I haven't been eating a night as much as I used to, and when I do, it is more healthy items, such as fruit or yogurt. |

| Health & Support | Ack!...Blisters! | Sep 23 2008 23:03 (UTC) |

Yes, I tend to get blisters when I go on vacation to Florida (Walt Disney World). All of the walking brings them out. The Blister Band-Aids help a lot, as they will slowly reduce the size and within a few days, they will disappear. I have unfortunately had the pain of one breaking while I was walking (it hurt so much), so. as Bootser1 said, the band-aids help a lot. |

| Foods | Unique Snack Ideas? | Sep 23 2008 22:59 (UTC) |

Not really unique or anything, but what I love to eat for snacks: - Danone Activia Vanilla Yogurt - I eat this stuff daily (sometimes more than one since it is really good); I sometimes add in other flavours, such as honey and oats (even works as a face mask) - Cottage Cheese - very simple and you can easily add fruit to it for a much better taste - Applesauce - homemade applesauce is super easy to make and cost effective, plus, you can add in whatever you choose - Pretzels or light popcorn - Apples - an obvious choice (I sometimes will add a drizzle of honey to add sweetness, as well as help them from browning)
I am sure I have more, but those are some main ones. |
