i want to lose weight for an important meeting and i Wish to look thinner :( no not over exercise just 90 minutes but cardio or strenght trainig video

i have an even more embarrassing question. when i lose weight do you think i will lose some weight from my privates too? mine is so plump and i don'tknow where to find information about this. like when i see pics of n u d e girls their so flat i don't know why mine looks like this. i don't want to be rude i just have this question if you know where can i find info.

I do carmen electra's Fit to Strip DVD2. I also want to do winsor pilates Ab Sculp that's 20 minutes ab work.

I do strength training for 50 minutes every other day!!! With dumbbells and body weight. I cannot do HIIT becaue I have asthma that is why I thought maybe if I do more cardio. Thanks anyways!

thanks! I read that interview last week on ivillage's diet weblog. I tried to do more cardio than 90 minutes a day and I was so tired and sluggish most of the time and not energetic at all.

Hmm yes I drink at least 3 liters of pure water every day while working out also I drink 2 cups of green tea. Also I eat lots of cucumber more than five, about 5 tomatoes and 2-5 apples because of their fiber content. No I don’t have any medical issues. I don’t use CC calories grade because I don’t have enough time I count calories in my journal, I know about fiber, protein and calories content of my food using my digital scale. Yes I took measurements Friday but I think it is too early to see results in size it has been only five days so far. Yes I feel a liiiiittle stronger not very much though. My clothes are not tight because I have asthma I wear loose light clothes most of the time so they don't help with feeling anything. No when ever I wanted to lose weight I just count calories not below 1250.

Well I will wait till friday maybe I haven't been retaining water to lose 3 lbs of water weight fast the first days.

I didn't get dissappointed and depressed though after I wrote this I walked 3 miles till now :)

yes thank you :) I consumed 1500 and I think it maybe around 1600.

Today I started exercising and counting calories. I did 90 minutes of cardio on my treadmill and stationary bike and 1200 calories so far before dinner. I was so good today but I still feel so overwhelmed and think about howwwwwwww long it is going to take me to get to a healthy weight range. I will consume 1500 calories do you think it is too much? I think 1200 is too low for me and 1750 that's my BMR is too much so I chose 1500 myself can you help?
