Hi AntheaCancer, I am a student also, and have found that every three hours I need some serious energy food such as a deli sandwich or pasta to keep me going. I know that your schedule looks hectic, so I think you may benefit from having small and portable meals every hour to keep you going... What I do is start with a banana just before my first class, then have a granola bar after an hour, then next hour a chicken sandwich (big protein hit in the middle of my classes) then a big bag of carrot slices which usually tides me over until classes are over and I get home to plan my dinner Hope this helps! |

Actually this does not sound quite right to me. The 1600 calorie goal looks to be the amount to eat to maintain. In my opinion, unless you want to lose the weight very slowly, you should eat closer to the 1321. Youve been doing what I did earlier, and I didnt lose any weight on it.... |

Thanx for all your help - its not just that I am lazy and am addicted to sugary drinks - its just that I am at uni for hours every day, and that often leads into late nights without proper healthy meals, and Its hard to find healthy meals or snacks at uni... tea is seeming to help, but I cant get away from those hunger cravings |

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
