I really like the slim n 6 workout set, has lots of different levels and also specific workouts for abs and stretching. I also like jackie warners dvd workout, 2 different 20 min workouts for abs, arms and legs. It gets the job done without a lot of dancing around. |

Hello, I am kind emotional to begin with, but Yes I have experienced the extreme ups and downs as well. I think at least for me my weight is a very emotional thing, it has caused me a lot of pain over the years and so I think it is a huge influence on my mood. Let me share with you a journal entry that I wrote last week "Hello Everyone, well I'm back. Not that I ever really left but now I'm REALLY back, giving it my all. I almost had a nervous breakdown yesterday. I have gained back 12 of the 80 pounds I lost over 2 years ago and I am terrified. I have been trying to lose an additional 15 and instead I gained it. I have battled with my weight my whole life and I thought that I finally won, but lately that battle has taken its tole and I'm just tired of fighting. So, I started slacking, eating out more, buying my favorite snacks, and before I knew it, wow that 12 pounds crept on fast. SO Here I am ready to put the armour back on and step back into battle, before it is too late and I don't ever regain control. Wish me luck!" So as you can see, my weight has a huge impact on my emotions and I think that is true for many people. All I can say is make sure that you realize that it will get better and don't let it put you in hysterics like it has done me. There is always tomorrow and you can always improve. Hope that helps!
